Hire some employees that understand how to use the apps and basic English Wendys is so pumped about. Nobody understands how to comprehend the app thing and then make it my fault because they can't put it together. Piss poor service. Don't go inside, the homeless hang out there and watch you eat. We got food from the drive through and the girl (Keandra I believe was her name) was SUPER rude! We also saw her touching our fries with no gloves on. She was seriously so rude to us we were scared to be there. The manager on duty was really sweet though so I don’t want to leave a one star review but that girl Keandra has NO business working anywhere near customer service!!

It's absolutely horrible.Filthy.Associate at the counter did not know what came on a jr bacon cheeseburger.Did the order completely wrong.Took her 15 min to take an order of 3 5 dollar biggie bags.Even the manager was rude to everyone waiting in line.Never go there again.

I don't know why this Wendy stays open. Apparently they cannot afford meat or beans for their chili. but they can afford to give you 4 or 5 packs of crackers when you only need one pack. Asked for a Burger with no mayonnaise. It had Mayonnaise slopped all over it. I guess they can't afford mustard either because they do not have that as well
I sat in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes before parking the car and going inside because no one never came on the speaker. When I came inside, they weren't pleasant. I ordered a large fry and they gave me a small.
