They never have mayonnaise they are rude to customers and when I the biggie bags for my kids all of them come with half the nuggets so it’s planned to be that way on more than 7 occasions something is wrong with management at that place not

Didn't get any food in drive thru. From what I was told tonight only cash after 9pm. Who ever was in the drive thru you can tell she hated it she had major attitude. I am super disappointed loved going here but in the last week service and food is super disappointing and getting worse by the day. IF You can go some where else to eat do yourself a favor and go to a different establishment.

Holiday offering Peppermint Frosty Cream Cold Brew is really good. Baconator Fries are good, especially if you add Hot Chili Seasoning.

Why at 11a.m. Entranced DOOR ARE LOCKED , Phone calls are being forwarded. This establishment not under quarantine nor any form of emergency. There is a manger on site , @10:40 a.m Fries Cold and over cooked., Burger patties was not at correct warmer temperature Cheese would not melted, Kids Feed the Birds that was lingering nasty parking lot.Parking: Dirty
Out of Coke Zero, Coke, Sprite Zero. I also received the wrong size cup. I never would have ordered a value meal with all those drinks choices out of stock. My Dave's Doue and fries were fresh and delicious.

The lady that was at the counter was the most rude and unhelpful person I've encountered at any Windy restaurant. The app was not working and she said too bad and walked away. This was Monday 9/18/23 National Cheeseburger day. I went to the one on 10th Ave and the manager was overwhelmingly helpful.I'll never go back to the restaurant on 6th and Congress for anything. Just unbelievable
