Hale (blue hair) made my concrete 2,nights in a row and I asked for light caramel and fudge. She didn't put any on so I asked for a tiny bit on the side. I was charged $3 last night and she wanted $3 again tonight. I explained that it should have been in there to begin with. She insisted on making a new concrete and was slinging the custard and toppings everywhere. Her attitude was very nasty and she made a complete fool of herself. She got custard all over the outside of the cup and I just threw it away because it was so gross. The rest of the staff is very helpful and nice. Great dessert!!

Had a line of cars twice over waiting for ice cream when got there. Found a parking space down the road and walked in, ordered and served within 20 minutes. Super good Ice cream. Hope to go back.

I had a hot fudge sundae with pecans/ hubby had a jumbo cone fantastic. Hit the spot.
I'd compare this to DQ with more options. The ice cream is creamier because it's custard. Very reasonably priced and the service was extremely fast. There is also a drive thru.

My only problem with Andy's is that I love the Turtle Banana Split so much that I haven't tried too many other things. The apple pie is from an actual apple pie, the strawberries are amazing and everything is delicious. I love the design of the building but I will need some shade this summer because I will be there regardless of the heat.
