Can't ever remember to add Arby's sauce for the roast beef sandwiches, not the first time, they even say "Sauce is in the bag".

Ordered 3 meals all doubles 2 roast beef fri and coke and one double beef n cheddar with large mellow yellow cost was $35.00 asked for Arby's sauce at window he said ok pull up so pulled up wait was 4-5 mins food came and consisted of 2 regular roast beef 2 large fry 1 small fry Nd 1 double beef n cheddar. I should have know I would get hosed when I pulled up behind building to go through drive thru and saw 4 employees partaking in some smoking activities . Shame on you Arbys

Employees have a I don't care attitude and the man that works days asked if I wanted my change which was $10.00 the failed to provide any Arby's sauce for the roast beef sandwiches and you can't reach anyone at the store or corporate for feedback. Do not go to the Lakeland Fl. Memorial Blvd location and expect a good experience. 3 Bad experiences in one week at this location action at different times.

It doesn't matter what time of the day you go through drive-thru, going to pull you forward to beat the time on the clock in the Drive-Thru and then leave you sit there for 5 or 10 minutes while you wait for your food

I normally love Arby's and although the staff were friendly they seemed disorganized and very slow. I waited almost 10 minute for my first order. There was only one other person in front of me and in the entire store but seems they put half my order together and list the two other roast beefs (probably to the drive though). So half the order including my curly fries vere stone cold I ate the cold sandwiches and fries and went up to the counter again as I wanted to get a milkshake to go. Again there was only one person in front of me but seems they had to re enter his order twice. I gave up after another 5 minutes and just left without ordering and getting a milkshake. Hopefully your service will be faster and more organized if you go.
Had a small issue with my order but it was well taken care of by the manager Shanette. She by far has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Even though she was short handed and training new employees she was still very polite,patient and professional. It was one of the very few times that I felt that the person in charge genuinely cared about me and the situation. She really is a great manager and person. Thank you.
