Food Poisoning!! Ordered for 3 people and we all got food poisoning. It was awful. I tried calling them to let them know to prevent anyone else from getting sick, but I just got a voicemail. They didn't return call either. Make another choice.

One of the best Poke bowls I've had in a long time. Will be back next time I'm in Florida.

I love any place that can help you find exactly what you're looking for. Chef Walter's my guy at ATO, and he's great for helping me make my substitutions.

Delicious sushi burrito for a quick lunch. Miso soup was fine but not too hot and the fried tofu was a nice textural component. The Joinery is a cool food hall with a modern vibe and definitely somewhere we'd visit again

Got the trio bowl which was good but I would definitely ask for less spicy mayo as it overpowered the dish. They also didn’t let us know when our order was ready so it probably sat there several minutes before I finally went up and saw it sitting there. I also don’t think the parking lot is big enough to accommodate the high volume of customers.

Drove from Polk City to give ATO Poke a try, it was worth it! Great food, an amazing selection of bowls. Very tasty, great service and location is a novel with a number of food outlets under one roof.

Girlfriend and I went in over the weekend to grab some dinner. About halfway through her bowl, my girlfriend found some sort of bug / insect in her food. Took it to counter and they issued refund but still doesn't make up for the bug in the first place. Definitely won't be back.

Lunch here at the joinery. Part of their great selection. Food was yummy and fresh and ready pretty quickly. Not the best ever but pretty good and worth a repeat. We got two poke bowls and both so good. Recommend

Poke bowl was great, vegan option with fried tofu, thank you for offering it ? What a cute food court! A relaxed and trendy place, the food was made fast!I just wish the poke sauce was not so salty, or that you would mention it.

I have celiac and was told they have gluten free items. They didn’t change their gloves so I asked them to and then was told something on their gluten free list that I ordered wasn’t actually gluten free. I told the guy I couldn’t eat it then and he rolled his eyes and threw away the bowl. They made me a new one but no way was it safe for me because they use their hands for everything. I paid $15 for a bowl I can’t eat and was treated poorly.Dietary restrictions: Don’t come here if you have strict allergies.

The service used to be kind and professional. Now, the "kids" running it seem annoyed by the fact that they must take your order and prepare your food. Heaven forbid that you should ask for an item to be subbed. I've always requested that the jalapeños be subbed for edamame on my spicy salmon bowl. This has never been a problem until recently. Now, they're charging me extra. Up until today, I've tolerated the subpar service. However, this evening the spicy salmon bowl was half the serving size as I've previously received. Can't justify eating here again. Come on, ATO owners. Please "fix" the issues with your staff, their service, and the food portions.

So ATO is one of a few restaurants within the Location known as The Joinery. This review is for The ATO only not The Joinery overall. I have been coming to the Joinery since it opened several years ago. Since I love all things sushi and Asian food I fell in love with this restaurant. They had a sushi burrito called the Godzilla which I wish I had a picture of. They were amazing and had a significant amount of raw chunks of tuna and a sauce that I couldn't get enough of. It was huge. So today having come to Lakeland for work I decided to stop here again for the beloved Sushi Burrito Godzilla. So when I received my burrito I pointed out to my wife that it looked much smaller than in times past. Once I bite into it I realized there were no chunks of tuna but a ground up version and not really much of that. For a burrito costing north of $16 it really was a disappointment. I did speak with the manager about my disappointment with it but he told me that this was the way it's always been made. Since I have had this dish several times over the years I truly was disappointed with this response. I feel like a better description would be a sushi roll not a Burrito. I guess next time I visit The Joinery I will eat somewhere else.
