Ordered take out, they messed up the whole order, burnt ingredients, missing ingredients, small portions, they remade the order and was still missing ingredients, the order was better than the first order but still barely satisfactory, this was our option over Denny's or IHOP, but guess we'll be doing the latter from now on.

DISGUSTING, this place was good when they first opened, the place is filthy you can smell the filth when you first walk in and the gravy is always watered down to much it has no flavor. Food is awful, even their bread is always old and so very dry. Wouldn’t waste my money on this place. You even tell the manager the problem and they want to argue with you. They are lazy and in denial!

Came here last weekend with my family. Took a second to be seated. Then it took a lot longer for everything else. I don't like being rude about employees, but the server we had was a total ditz. My mom's boyfriend was doing the over the top sarcastic back handed compliments with her the whole time. We put our drink orders in, which took a bit to get back. Then when we were ready to order food, she only put my kids orders in and ran off and started taking other customers orders while we were left in confusion as to why we hadn't been able to place ours at the same time. Also, PLEASE train your servers on what GLUTEN FREE means. I asked her if they had anything that was, and she said, "what's gluten free?" I can't make this up. I ended up ordering a salad with grilled chicken and Italian dressing. My daughter had pancakes with eggs and asked for sausage, but they still gave her bacon. She never came back with the check, so we ended up walking to the front to pay. Probably won't be back for sit down again.My grandmother ordered their food to go for Easter dinner, and I do have to say that what food I was able to eat, was very delicious. It was Turkey, Ham, Mashed potatoes, green beans, and corn. Hopefully some day Bob Evans will offer Gluten Free options. I love dinner rolls and hate that I have to miss out.Parking: Parking lot is spacious and next to a strip plaza with additional parking

I went with my family and the food was way overcooked. Double fries portion was skimpy. I had to ask for more to equate just a single portion. Home fries were burnt. Fish was burnt. Mashed potatoes were cold. Soup was exceptionally thick and barely warm. Country gravy was watery. Fish was too greasy. Had to repeatedly ask for the same things we needed. Fried chicken breast was burnt. Absolutely ridiculous. They're lucky I'm even giving them one star

Very disappointed in their service. I ordered 15 items for delivery directly from their website and they use DoorDash to deliver. That’s no problem but the driver only brought 1 of the 3 bags. When I called Bob Evans they had me on hold 3 different times for 15 minutes and said I needed to call DoorDash myself. I didn’t order through DoorDash. Then the Assistant Manger asked if I could just come get it??!! I paid delivery fees and a $15 tip for less than 2 miles.Assistant Manager said she would call me right back…she didn’t.DoorDash texted me and said they were going back to get it and kept in touch.A hour later, cold food…very disappointed in Bob Evans service.

I purchased blueberry hotcakes yesterday afternoon around 5:30-6:15After eating them later that night about 9:30, 10 I started having pains in my stomach, I went to bed feeling nauseated, only to awake at 2 am vomiting and diarrhea, back and forth to the bathroom all night vomiting and diarrhea, I know it was those pancakes cause I ate nothing else that day, as i fast from meat on Wednesdays. They need check expiration dates and as I'm typing this now the next day at 8:49 I'm still throwing up and diarrhea. I won't be back there, that's fore sure.
The food was okay, but it is hard to mess up breakfast, and the service was not great. Waited for someone to seat us. The first person didn't know what he was doing. He walked off without seating us. The waiter was good at first but went downhill. He brought our food in a timely manner. I asked for butter for my wife's pancakes and my biscuits. He never brought it. He never came back to check on us until he saw we were ready to leave. We haven't been there in about a year due to the service. I doubt we will be back.

She came back over 10 mins after that and said "oh I see he didn't bring your drinks". The food took a while too. Dining area only half full. Employees were arguing with each other behind the counter and just standing there when tables weren't waited on. Never again. This location needs help.

We ate an early supper and took advantage of a quieter time to eat our meals. Everything was fantastic. Our hostess wore a couple of other jobs...... She seated us, she was our waitress, and she checked us out when we were ready to go. By the way, she did an excellent job and didn't complain about covering multiple roles! Great attitude!I'm especially impressed to see someone who can step up to the plate and be helpful without having to complain about it!! Everyone has been in that same situation. Her response to a problem as a solution, rather than a reaction to having to do more, made me glad we chose to eat here! It didn't happen, but if, as an example, the a/c wasn't working and you were about to sweat while eating..... her attitude would make you want to also bear a part of what she's having to do!I hope to meet others that can meet her dedication!! Thank you!
