This place is cool and chill and full of good vibes. Super friendly staff. There's a line but it moves quickly. If you try the quesito I promise you, it will trigger a religious experience. It was amazing and I'm so sad I don't live in Lakeland so I could eat this for breakfast every day. SO GOOD.

First visit for me. Too crowded and too noisy. Food was amazing, but would take out. Ordered online and was told it would be ready at 10:28, but still waiting at 10:58 for name to be called. In all honesty, I was not familiar with the process.

For the location and town, I must say these were surprisingly great pastries in a random town like Lakeland. We ordered two cruffins, the cinnamon roll, and the Almond Croissant. Flavor and bake on all items was great! Croissant wasn't too too buttery but the flakiness was on point. Almond filling was done well and not overly almondy. Cruffins had a good flavor note and overall the cinnamon roll was fluffy. Slightly too sweet but very American in the palette. Overall you won't find a better bakery in Central Florida, including Orlando. Highly recommended. Just be patient; they're running and gunning in orders and have a lot to do, so at least 10 mins after you order you'll get your pastries. Nice Bakehouse type vibe where you can see all the bakers in action. 5/5.

Their bakery items are great just as I remember it. However their service is not as great as it was before. The last time I was there, they served customers right away. You will choose what you want and they will pack right in front of you. But now you have to wait for them to pack. If the items are not ready, that is fine to wait; otherwise, they should just pack it right away like before.They also have a new online ordering system now, which is great in away but not at the same time. I believe that caused the change to their service. Perhaps, they should have a separate service working on online orders vs walk in orders?One new improvement is now, they have more open hours instead of once per week. Hopefully, they can improve their service to be as good as it was before, an instant service.
