So - took my 81 year old mother out for ice cream Friday night 4/26/24 and I was applauded at the employees working there- never have I been to a ice cream joint, restaurant, drive thur or even a fish fry where I heard such nasty disrespectful vulgar language as I heard coming from all but one of the workers there- I would of fired all of them in the spot- the f- word was flying around fluently- heard GD, MF- I'm just glad my granddaughters were not with me, although there were other parents and grandparents with their young children there- I do hope that the owner or manager of this Lakeland establishment ( 540A and Carter rd) sees this review- only respectful girl there was the blond haired girl who tried to get them to be quite- didn't work- I was surprised at the least- I know how our world is changing, but I hope this type of behavior is never accepted or the norm - and NO, I am know Karen, I'm just a customer that was embarrassed for your business--- we will be back. The ice cream is delicious. I just hope to see new employees working there.

I have had better ice cream at other places. It was still pretty good but I did expect it to be better. I got the cookie craze The dining tables were quite dirty. The prices were a bit high. It is ice cream though so you can't really complain. I do prefer Cabana boy in Winter Haven you get a lot more for less money. The employees were nice here. A lot of the flavors offered on the website were not available. I came here to get French toast, horchata,or Chocolate birthday cake but none of those flavors were actually available. My pals also were looking for peanut butter but none was to be found even though the website offers about 10-12 different varieties of peanut butter.Kid-friendliness: Free kids cone if you're under 40 inches.

Delicious ice cream! I had the raspberry chocolate truffle and it was so good ! They have a large patio if you want to relax and enjoy your ice cream treat !

Any place that charges nine dollars for a regular sized shake, plus I left two dollar tip, Should have a working bathroom. I don’t like being lied to by unfriendly teenage staff. I worked in hospitality for 40 years I would never have tolerated a child employee who doesn’t even have the responsibility within them to be courteous to lie to my guests and say their bathroom is out of order because everybody knows that the staff has to have a bathroom to use. I would have respected the place more to be told that their policy was not to allow us to use the facilities… But again, back to that nine dollar shake, which is not worth nine dollars it’s barely flavored, the least you can do is have a restroom.
The staff is friendly and polite. There is only outdoor seating usually at picnic tables the offerings change regularly the flavors are never the same. They do have the staples but as they change your specialty flavors in and out, come by often to see what the new flavor is they offer free pup cups.

Ice cream is overpriced. Spent $25 got 3 items. One being a kids small ice cream cup... Ice cream tastes okay at best. Definitely below Dairy Queen. I got the cotton candy shake which I typically love and was excited for but when I got it the taste is nothing like cotton candy, barely had a taste at all. I had my wife try it and she said it tasted like sweet milk and really nothing more. Tasted like it had pop rocks in it not cotton candy bites. The banana split was the best item we got today and was actually pretty good but still too pricey for what it really is. The service was prompt and staff was nice but this place is overpriced for what you get.
