My Wedding Vow"s Renewal was on October 2, 2021 and BTB Catering was my caterer. Zach"s team was exceptional in service. The menu chosen was really delicious. We dined on Baby Back Ribs, Brisket, Boneless Chicken Breast. The sides chosen were Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Grand Ma Slaw. My guest are still talking about the food! Everyone really enjoyed it especially the Ribs & Brisket. Job well done Mr. Zach & team. Thank you. Only concern the amount of food prepared for the amount guest seemed off a little.
It was a pleasure working with Zach. His customer service was excellent, as was the food he and his team provided. My wife and I joked that Zach must be the mayor of Lakeland because he was so connected! He was able to get a tent company, a dance floor, the lighting, and even heaters. We got everything through him and we didn’t have to stress about anything. The crew he sent to our event was professional and friendly. Before they left they stopped by and told us about all the things they did so we didn’t have to worry about that either. Zach and BTB Catering really made everything easy for us. And we really appreciate it. Five stars. Ten out of ten. We would definitely work with this company in the future and would recommend them to our family and friends.

Zach and his team were so great to work with! Our wedding was in the woods, and we were worried about our vendors being able to set up with ease. Zach was flexible leading up to our wedding, and even offered to come out to our venue to help map out everything. We chose buffet style for our reception, but his team went out of their way to come to our head table, ask what we wanted to eat, and made plates for us. BtB's hospitality throughout the whole evening was so helpful for my husband and me, and really put us at ease on a day with a lot of emotions! And the food was DELICIOUS. I recommend the mashed potatos :)

BTB catering has a genuine and honest owner, great prices, and the best food I have ever had (mamma's potatoes are amazing!).I am a local firefighter and was married last September (2017) when hurricane Irma came through the area. The owner (Zach) never wavered and kept his word. That meant a lot to my wife and myself. Spread the word and please do not hesitate to use BTB catering!! You will not regret it.

The day of, the servers were fantastic and did more then I expected of them. The food was amazing everyone at my wedding loved it and complemented the food.
