The little bad boxed dyed red headed Hispanic wanna be manager is rude as hell at this location. Her people gave out the wrong food, returned and asked for the right food, she finally told us she is out of biscuits at 8 in the morning so they just gave us something else instead without asking what we wanted. That’s fine, I asked for a fresh one and she handed me another cold croissant sandwich. When I asked for a hot one she began arguing that he just “heated it up”. She yelled at my husband, bullied us in the drive thru and when my husband said he wasn’t gonna continue arguing with her like a toddler, she yelled for us to not come back as we were leaving like she really told us from her drive thru window on our way to our real adult jobs.

I went in for breakfast on 3/21/24 and when ordering in the drive-thru, apparently the young lady taking my order was new. I had to repeat my order and app promo code a few times. After sitting there for 5 minutes or so while she was figuring it out, I said "I'm just going to pull up to the window while you figure that out", because there were people behind me in the drive-thru. Another woman interrupted and said, "No you are NOT going to pull up to the window, we need the code again".When I finally pulled up to the window, I let the young lady know, whom apparently was new employee, that whoever the other woman was on the intercom was very rude and that I didn't appreciate her attitude and the way she was talking. She then came over to the window and told me that she was new and that I needed to be patient. I felt I was very patient and told her I wasn't upset that the new employee was having trouble with the order, my issue was her attitude and the comment she made to me. Told me "This is fast food, but you can't be being rude like that to people", accusing me of being rude to the girl on the intercom, which I responded, I wasn't rude. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me, saying, "I'm not giving you my name. I don't trust you. I feel threatened!" I was like, "Just give me my food please" Then the woman, who only identified herself as the "manager" kept up with her rude comments and at that point I was really pissed. When she finally handed me the coffee her comments continued, talking over me when I was trying to talk, so I took the coffee and tossed it over the top of my car AWAY from her, into the parking lot. Shouldn't have done that, but I was super mad and could not believe that she was talking to me like that.She then slammed the window and started cursing, accusing me of throwing a coffee AT her, then opened the window again telling me "You need to leave!", I then said, "I need my food", in which she responded, "No, I'm not giving you anything, you tried throwing coffee at me and you are now trespassed, I'm calling the police!" I responded, "I did NOT throw anything at you or was threatening to you in anyway. I either need my food or my money back", to which she again refused. I managed to get the last part of the exchange on video, including another male employee walking up to my car asking me if I could please pull around and that he would get my money back.When he walked out with my receipt and money, I told him what had happened, asking him if they had cameras there to show the very rude exchange and he said he didn't know if they did. He told me that she was his "manager" and that she was "well known for being a drama queen". When I told him I had asked for her name to call corporate and she refused to give it to me, he replied, "You can do that, but honestly it isn't going to change anything. I'm going to go back in there and she's probably going to be talking about you".I then took my money and left, which they shorted me 75c AND I didn't get my food. Never, EVER have I ever been so offended, insulted and embarrassed after an experience at ANY restaurant like that in my entire life! The whole thing was unprovoked and the most unprofessional behavior I have encountered in the retail/food industry.

I used to brag about this new location. Now it seems service has gone in the tanks. Jair? Some dark hair girl/glasses has the audacity to tell me to ask ahead of time for my receipt. Why wouldn't you put the receipt in the bag?

My husband went and ordered at the drive thru, then brought the food back to the house. He ordered 2 whopper Jr sandwiches. One with out mayo and that was correct. The other was to have extra lettuce, light mayo and light ketchup. It had onions, tomatoes and pickles also. He ordered a double whopper plain with cheese. That one was correct. The other was a double whopper with extra cheese and it had NO cheese. He ordered chicken fries and French fries. The person asked if he wanted ketchup and sauce. He said no to ketchup and yes to the sauce. We had probably 10 packets of ketchup in the bag and no sauce for the chicken fries.I checked the slip on the bag and it seemed correct. He said the screen looked correct.If you employ people who do not understand customer service or do not care, or cannot understand English, that is on you, management. You need to properly train and then make your employees accountable. This was totally poor service. I am not from here, but service in our state is so much better. You were given 2 stars for some correct items. This experience was unacceptable.

I usually do not give bad reviews but when you can't do the basics, that's where I have a problem. The center on both my chicken wraps was very crunchy and almost cold, not to mention very tiny and not worth the money. The whopper was overcooked and missing tomato and lettuce after it was supposed to have everything on it. It will be hard to come back to this location.

DO NOT COME HERE! The manager and every single worker is miserable here. They don’t even say anything to you they just take your money, give you your food and look away. Like WTH happened to good customer service?! My boss when I was in the retail/food service industry made smiling and greeting people a requirement. This place NEEDS new management because that’s where all the problems start and fester. Also, I just moved right down the street from this Burger King I have been here three times in the past three months and every single time they get my order wrong and then make me wait in line all over again to get the right order. The first two times I came the order was cold like it had been sitting there for an hour already and the burger tasted like crap. It is a joke, they hire 16-year-old little kids that do not listen and do not want to work. Save yourself the headache and drive an extra 10 minutes to get to a different one. I bet you will be waiting in line a lot less than you would here and you might even get what you actually ordered.
