I was not pleased by the assistance of the manager Shango because when I received my food he spit on it and being super disrespectful. Never coming back and I hope you guys think twice before coming here.

This was usually my stop on the way to Bartow. No more. $3.20 for a large cup of ice water. Most places charge $0.25 or nothing. Claimed it was for the price of the cup. Since I work hard for my money, I canceled my order and will not be back.

The BK on 98 and Edgewood is one of my favorite places to eat. Especially the service. Their new manager Ericka is so sweet n nice and very kind. I love how they decorate for just about every holiday that comes up and makes the restaurant feel so homey and comfortable to dine in as well. I always recommend this BK to everyone ik bc I’m sure they will also have a great visit like I did whenever I go there..

Just went to Burger King and got a whopper and fries for $9.50, I asked the clerk how that price was so high when if you order the meal it's $9.48 she said that she doesn't set the price she just rings it up. Which is true! Corporate sets the price they also decide to make it smaller and charge more. I remember the commercials when they said " IT YAKES 2 HAND TO HANDLE A WHOPPER". Now if your a 5 year old it MAY take 2 hands, Burger King has fallen very far from when they first opened and I have been going there for around 50 years and today will be the last time I but Burger King's food

I came through drive thru just to be interrupted twice, told to pull up before I was finished ordering, what food she did ring up was wrong anyway & then given the wrong food at the window anyway. The customer service was incredibly poor. I don’t like Burger King, this place is a perfect example why.
