Service is the problem ever since lisa the manager quit she kept that place in order and drive thru wasn’t a 20 min wait to make your order I’ve sat in this drive thru well over 45 mins and you can’t get out when your sitting at speaker with cars in front of you and cars behind you .the general manager of this store doesn’t care evidently you going to lose your store if you don’t step up and fix the problem with service in drive thru it’s absolutely ridiculous! I would give the service 0 stars ⭐️ if I could since Lisa left big mistake to general manager to let her leave !!!

I'm glad this BK is here! Only problem is that the drink machines often taste flat and the employees keep leaving the nozzles unscrewed or improperly secured. Observed this about 3 times with the nozzles and about 15 times where the coke tasted off.

Went here for my lunch break couldn't even place my order for 25 mins. I had to leave to go somewhere else to eat. Another couple of times I went there and they were out of whopper meat (Home of the Whopper MA). Just all around terrible. If u do get your food it is good just no telling if you'll get it.

SO SLOW terrible experience every time I come here it takes over an hour almost to get my food! And the sandwich maker was seen today grabbing stuff off the floor and not changing his gloves. Personally I don't think I'll be going there until there's new management and it's a lot faster and cleaner!! Plus they don't even get my food right half the time. Ask for no onions, ketchup, or cheese on my sandwich and guess what! It's always there >:(Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly it's nice seeing them run around wearing the BK crownsWheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible so there's no worries there

Don't know what is happening @ BK West Memorial Ave Lakeland but SOMEONE has to help that place & it's staff!!!! It has food all over the floors, counters, kitchen area...wrapped burgers just sitting under heat lamp forever!!!! Left yesterday after waiting for .5 hour....didn't get to order....no staff there...they're overwhelmed with their job, no supervision/ direction. Where is MANAGEMENT!!!??? Tried again today...love a charbroiled burger...Whopper!! Same mess.....sad, sad, sad state of a brand new franchise, let to slide into unhealthy environment. Should send Wendy's manager over to run things....they have an older building but they work as a dedicated team......get this place real HELP!!
