The bartender Sophia was absolutely brilliant. She was super fast, and attentive. . She made sure my drink was always full, and a smile on my face :) me and my friends sat at the bar on Easter, and she made our Easter so much better!! I WILL be coming back for Sophia’s service :))

This was a terrible experience. Waited a long time for everything. The restaurant was not busy. We finally complained to the manager after we did receive something from the wait staff helper and it was attitude. The food was cold after sitting. This is not typical Carrabbas experience. I don't like posting negative reviews but this was one of the worst

Have visited Carrabba's here in Lakeland numerous times over the years. I've noticed over the last few visits that "things" have been slipping. The interior is starting to look tired. It appears that it is always understaffed. Often, even the workers mention that they are short staffed "this evening". Our meals on this visit were very underwhelming. The herbs used to season the olive oil for dipping bread were scarcely visible. The timing for our appetizer course versus our salad course was not good with "things" overlapping. The pasta accompanying the Eggplant Parmesan had to be sent back because it was "cold"...not warm but actually cold. The Fettuccini Carrabba was pile of sticky pasta with a thin white sauce (liquid) with no flavor; however, I must say that the chicken was tender. The Rigatoni Al Ferno was okay but nothing to write home about. At no time were we asked if we would like parmesan cheese sprinkled over our meals as is the usual Carrabba's tradition. One other note, after our entrees we were not asked if we wanted dessert, not that we would have ordered it, but at least make the offer. I can't say that I won't be back but this restaurant would not be my first choice.
First time visit. Had stuffed mushrooms and calamari for appetizers. Both were good. Wish there were more than 4 mushrooms. We had chicken parm, chicken Bryan, chicken trio, and salads. We loved it all.

Came here for dinner, I was very happy with the services and the food. Seems now of days it's hard to get good service but I can say it was top notch here and the food was great. Will definitely keep going back.
