You get exactly what you paid for: good food! My husband ordered a Philly Cheesesteak meal and I ordered the Bacon 3-cheesesteak meal. For the fries we chose the loaded ones, and when I say loaded, I mean they had so much cheese sauce, ranch, and bacon bits!! The fries were loaded enough to fill you up before you get to eat the cheesesteaks. We got strawberry lemonades and they were in big cups with chunks of strawberry inside! Really great food and lemonades, absolutely loved the fries ????
I was not the biggest fan of this location. I ordered a small Philly cheesesteak with gourmet fries and a strawberry lemonade. The food came out fast which was a positive. However, the “gourmet” fries were extremely cold. I’m not talking room temp cold. I’m talking like they threw on cold nacho like cheese and ranch on it. The fries were obviously not cooked to order fresh. Such a bummer. I tried to remain positive about it and thought I could try reheating it at home, but it tasted gross. The Philly was just okay, mediocre. I’m hoping the other location not too far from here will be better.

I got the chicken Philly if that is what you want to call it. It was like dried out chicken lunch meat and a few peppers with onions. The cook was rude. He saw me standing there but didn't greet me or tell me that someone would take my order soon. I stood there for a while starting to feel stupid and wondering if they are even open. Finally the girl came up front and took my order. The bread was good. That was about all.
I love this place a came all the way to the mall to get a Philly and saw an employee vaping behind the counter and changed my mind...there is a place for this and in front of customers is not a place

As soon as I walked in Charley's Smelt very clean and looked sharp for the interior!. The Manager immediately greeted us and was super Friendly! . Asked if it was our first time here and it was!!!. He immediately recommended me to the New peppercorn A-1 sandwich (as you see in the picture!) Which was very good and different!!. You definitely get alot meat in your sub which I like so the sandwiches here will get you full!!. The cheese bacon fries were okay! I love cheese and bacon don't get me wrong but this had too much cheese for me to handle..thus I couldn't finish them. But if your a cheese lover..then this is for you!!. Overall I enjoyed Charley's great service ,good atmosphere and big subs to get you stuffed!!! Not too expensive especially for what you get!!! Shout out to the manager super friendly and helped us find great sandwiches!

Man Charleys done fell fall use to be good quality food back in the day idk what I ate today damn shame.
I've tried to eat here twice in the past 3 months, both times just before 7 pm. They said the grill was closed and only were serving fries and drinks. Just change your hours to 7, you obviously aren't going to fix this issue.

Went to order at 7pm on a Saturday and was told they were no longer serving sandwiches today because they close at 8. They were only serving fries and drinks by the guy at the register. I'm pretty sure that is not what is supposed to be happening, but here we are. Ownership and management really need to look at overhauling this location

Waited 15min for my order to be wrong. Had to ask for refund because I was on lunch and could not wait for another new order to be made. Customer service horrible, employees look lost.

We were kicked out of the restaurant immediately after getting our food, was told our order was correct even though we told the cashier multiple times it was wrong and had to have the manger come over to fix it, once we were able to eat the food was stale and everything was so hard to eat, and to top it all off the cook was very rude. I do not recommend eating at this facility, save your money for something better.
