Finally a bakery that caters to low carb, wheat and gluten free, keto, diabetic and more lifestyles. Even if you just want to eat healthier and still need a great treat you have to try this place.Their baked goods are amazing and truly guilt free. No sugar either but you wouldn't know it. They sell the best tasting donuts, cookies and bagels. Enjoy cupcakes, homemade sandwiches and more. Also, look for them at the Winter Haven farmers market on Saturdays. Stop by their shop in Lakeland. You will be happy you did!

This place was a huge disappointment. The cupcakes were dry and tasteless. The frosting was like an odd whipped cream that completely fell off of the cupcake and didn't have much taste either. For the prices (which aren't posted anywhere), this should have been much better. I've been gluten free for more than a decade, and these are some of the worst I've ever had.

We made our first visit to the store front last weekend. When you first walk in you are greeted with a LOT of low carb products that I will be honest made my heart sing. It was awesome to be able to buy products at a store rather than taking a chance on line. I have been Keto for a very long time because of diabetes and I have tried a TON of low carb bakeries. I will tell you though that No guilt is the best. I got the angel food cake strawberry dessert and OMG that Angel food was HEAVENLY (pun intended ?)!! Now I am skeptical when something tastes that good because it normally will raise your blood sugar. I wear a Dexcom monitor and monitored my blood sugar after each product I tried. I went in with a blood sugar of 131, left with a blood sugar of 133 and did not get anymore increase in blood sugar!!! So that tells you they truly keep the recipes low carb. My favorites were 1. Angel food cake. 2. The peanut butter cookie (did wish it had just a little more peanut flavor) was delish and my teenager loves it. 3. The pecan sticky bun 4. I really enjoyed the donut holes! Which I am not a big donut fan but they were good and a perfect little bite! My son loved the frosted donut. The pizza was good but I enjoy getting a pizza bowl with just toppings. We also tried the bread pudding but I didn’t enjoy it as it was to eggy for my liking. I can’t wait to see what they have next but I hope they always have the angel food. Love supporting local!!! Thank you!!

I'm going to summarized the best things about this bakery.ons into your goods!!.For example my father is a diabetic/renal (CKD lvl3) patient which means his food has a Carbs/Sugar/Protein/Potassium & Sodium restrictions. And you may ask, why will he wants baked goods... well it was his bday ? and all he wanted its to have a bday cake on his bday.The baker took her time to make the cake with all his limitations and not only made it delicious and beautiful but also included nutrition facts with portions!!!!.Also the bakery took orders on Fb for more than 3 weeks in advance and didn't forget my order!!!.So...1st baking goods low carb, sugar free, low sodium,etc.2nd FB orders!!3rd Excellent customer service (didn't forget the order).4th beautiful presentation!!!5th Surprisingly delicious ?!!I highly recommend this place to anyone!!!
