Right across from the movie theater!! The food was delicious. I had the vegetarian chili and superfood salad with quinoa, apples, purple onion, blueberries, and avocado. Also at the table was Caribbean chicken salad with tomato,carrots,apple,avocado, and mango. It was said to be delicious. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it was freezing cold inside so we had to sit outside in the heat.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Menus here are so wack and outdated. Bathrooms were gross. My son's quesadilla was cheeseless.. the chowder was bland and cold. The sandwiches were just badly put together. Will never come back. Worst food we've had, everything was tasteless. Waste of a great location. Oh and the manager just listens, offers no solution to complaints, just giggles and agrees.

Have been to Crispers many times but not for a few years. Our niece and nephew were in town and we thought we would bring them to what was their favorite place to eat. My wife and I debated going to Lakeside vs. downtown, she said Lakeside as the service is better. Mistake.The person taking our order could not be less interested in being cordial. Gets worse. 20 minutes to get a couple of flat breads and sandwiches. At that they only brought half of our food. 15 minutes later the other half.The food is not worth the photos but I will include a photo of the filthy floors and amazingly there were at least 4 workers on their phones sitting at a table by the drink machines.My first time eating at Crispers was in 1998 when they were a single location at Merchants Walk. Over the years they have expanded and changed ownership countless times, each time getting further from the quality of the original. This is about as far as you get from the original. Why not one star? A young man named Josh, the only one who seemed to care when he came to the table. Everyone else just could not be bothered.Probably the worst $85 I have spent on a meal in a VERY long time. Will not be back.

Over the past year, this location has severely declined. The service was sub-par with staff who didn't know multiple items served, the location was quite dirty, and the entire experience made me feel like a burden for eating there.

Good I guess ?♀️ but the lobby is outdated and has a lot of damaged furniture. Bottom line it was yummy but the ambience left something to be desired.

First time here, Absolutely friendly staff, food was really good, honestly wasn't sure about this place, but it was a good change from the norm. Food has a lighter side to it, you don't feel weighted down after eating which is a pleasant relief when standing up! We will be back, thanks for the great experience!

Monday 730pm. Not busy. Super friendly staff.Blackened chicken club Flatbread tasted delicious. He ordered French dip with fruit cup. Said it was decent.Bowl of the kicken crab chowder for both of us. I liked it, was more like a spicy corn chowder with a little crab taste. He didn't like the chowder.Ordered a mango smoothie, which had a mellow mango taste.Smallish size (see pic.. already drank most of it )but hit the spot.He ordered a strawberry smoothie which was very good.Our only problem was the smoothie didn't come out with the food, it took an extra 5 to 10 minutes to come out.This place is like fast food but not. You order at the counter but someone brings your food to the table and takes dirty dishes.

Stopped in for a quick supper. We are vegetarians and they have several good options: entrees, sandwiches, soups & salads. Service is always prompt & friendly. Restrooms clean.

The last few time we have ordered chicken Cesar wraps, they’ve come without the chicken. The first time I get it, mistakes happen. The 2nd 3rd and 4th time (this is really true) it just starts to bother you lol. We are on lunch break, we can’t just run back up to the place and get it replaced again. I hope they pay more attention to accuracy because I’m scared to order now. Looking through reviews it seems like this has been a consistent issue for over a year and the company has apologized to many people yet it’s still happening. This should probably be addressed in another manner because it doesn’t look like anything is being done to change it.

Not much A on the ALT tonight, tomato was not ripe yet and only one thin slice of lettuce. But I still love Crispers and will return again and again. Great potato salad ... And the staff sure seems proud to be a part of the team.
I don't know what is going on at this location, but orders are never, ever, ever accurate. The employees of course don't care, and the owner must be absolutely oblivious to the massive amounts of complaints coming in to management. If you place a to go order, you have to check each and every item because there is a 100% chance something will be left out. I've gone to Crispers on the Southside for the past 30+ years, and this is the worst it has ever been. The Northside location is so much better. This is the first negative review I have ever left, and I hate to leave it.

Waited for UBER eats for 30 min. Ordered a large greek salad to not be given any dressing. PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Who would eat a salad with no dressing?!
