Just driving through. These are literally the best dip cones we’ve ever received from a Dairy Queen in recent years. We’ve gotten so many see through, lumpy, uneven, strange tasting, obviously diluted “dips”. These were thick dipped, delicious and so pretty!

I LOVE dairy queen. I frequent it closer to home but this location was AWFUL! The employee was rude, they didn't have random things on the menu, and the food was HORRENDOUS. They have completely different quality of food from normal dairy queens and I understand it's a franchise but there should be some level of standard. I couldn't even eat the food it was so gross. AND they didn't let me use my Dairy queen app which is really annoying.

Waited 15 min for it to open. Saw one employee enter at 10:57 am. Tried to get in at 11:05. Doors locked. Decided to leave. As we were walking back to the car, someone was at the drive thru but then also left because no one waited on them. Not good.

Poor to no customer service, no one working, high school aged kids playing in the back, extremely long line at the drive thru and no one even taking orders. Cashier made sure she had her lip gloss and fake eye lashes on though.

I took my granddaughter for a quick lunch. Our server was Caitlyn. She was way more than awesome!! The food was hot and delicious. And I think it must be the cleanest restaurant I've ever been in! The entire place was spotless. Great job Dairy Queen. We'll definitely be BACK!!!
Food is cooked to order so it's fresh but it does take a little longer. Got hamburger and onion rings and they were very good!

Went today for a burger and placed order and specifically requested onions. Order comes to the table and no onions. When I return it to the cashier she said I was not charged for unions. Service here is terrible the fries are nasty with seasoning I did not request. Will never again go there. Terrible place.Vegetarian options: Terrible

I will never go to this Dairy Queen again because we over spent on our food. The 3 chili cheese dogs that we got for our kids was cold and looked very gross and my son started throwing it up and the fries were horrible so was my double bacon cheeseburger. And since they are privately owned so they make up there own prices which is to much money. So I will never go back there ever again.

I am a regular Dairy QueenMomBut I never am in North Lakeland today I was and figured I am shopping at the new Dairy Queen. They rebuilt on 98 N. and get some ice cream for me and Michael Miller boys. There was a young man working he was nice but you can tell he was new, and there was a LANY and she must of been there a while. She informed me that they had the triple chocolate brownie but that it just wasn't on their menu everywhere I've ever gotten it it's been 589 or 599. They were ringing up another item in place of it because they didn't have it on the menu. That was almost 8 dollars. Mind you I was getting two orders of this item Sunday in a blizzard as well. I showed them online where the price sent 589 so the gentleman ring something up around that price bracket the lady said she couldn't do it for that price unless she called the owner and was making a big deal. I then informed her it wasn't a problem I will go somewhere else I get it. This place is probably a franchise in independently owned by two over charge someone by multiple dollars for an item that's not even on your menu is just crazy to me.
