I ordered a chicken wrap which was not great my whole family was still hungry when we left the food was bland and not worth the price. The servers looked as though they did not want to be there. The atmosphere, people just stare at one another it was not the environment I was hoping for.

Would have left a NO STAR but didn’t give me the option the food was HORRIBLE dry and nasty the service sucked and the waitress did not even tell our table the drinks were PER drink and NI FREE REFILLS omg I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE OR AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNKW HOW HORRIBLE THE FOOD AND SERVICE AND WHOLE PLACE IS! ????

I have worked for Duke's in the past so I am familiar with the menu, although it has been a few years. I went to this Lakeland location last night with a big group for my mom's birthday as she wanted to eat here. I left very disappointed however. I had 10 wings tossed in sauce and a pitcher of beer. The wings weren't even hot, had no flavor and just spotted with sauce terribly. The pitcher of beer came out warm as well and I just finished so it wouldn't go to waste. The overall consensus about the food was that it was just ok, nothing great about it. My sister, who also used to serve at Dukes even commented "well they used to have good wings." She had the boneless and did not finish hers. But I agreed with her, they did. The service and atmosphere was good, had no issues with that but they dropped the ball with the wings.

Great service if you're going just to drink. Ordered 10 wings, waited an hour and never got them. I could understand if they were busy but there were 8 people in the entire restaurant and only 1 was eating. Told the bartender that I wanted to pay for my 2 drinks that I was leaving to go somewhere else to eat that I didn't want to wait any longer for wings. She told the manager and he just looked over and shrugged his shoulders. If I owned that place he would be the first change that I made! The bartender was great as she doesn't cook. Went across the street to Winghouse and got wings in 15 minutes with double the capacity.
Been coming here for about 6 months now, Shotout to Katie our consistent bartender that accommodates us pretty well and the rest of the staff. My 1 ? review refects on the new boomer manager.If you come in in hopes of playing music, he vets and skips black artists and anything that's not just country music, even tho you paid your own money to listen to you music. If you see the old balding guy, be sure to only play country, or he'll manually skip it.

Not much to really tempt you to want to come to this place. I got there to watch the super bowl and sat at the table close to where all the waitresses and staff were. It was probably at least 10 minutes before someone actually came over to see if I wanted to order anything. And Not much personality. Granted, I'm as old as Jesus, so no reason for the young staff to come over and help or be even interested in striking a conversation. But at least acknowledge your customers and take care of them. They were more interested in their phones and chatting with each other than taking care of the clientele.The food wasn't too bad, the beer I had was good. But when halftime came on during the super bowl, you could forget about having any of the staff helping you. They were more interested in how hot Usher was.So onto the next place. Hopefully I can find somewhere that I look forward to going to a second time. This place misses it by a long shot

We went to watch a basketball game and it was very good with a lot of televisions. The food was typical bar food and was very tasty. Not a family place with the daisy Duke uniforms but it's not over the top. They have a kind of indoor outdoor arrangement which is great in cooler weather as they have a big heater that makes it very comfortable.
