I went there twice visiting a friend in the area and the 1st time I ordered a tomato avocado breakfast it was over cooked in the microwave couldn't eat it. Took it back and the sandwich still couldn't be ate it smelled like someone sat on it and served it to there customers. Very nasty food in this location.

Walked and noticed immediately how dirty it was. The customer side of the ice cream bar looks like it has never been wiped, glass was gross. And the same person taking cash is making drinks without hand washing or gloves ..... and it's 10:48 am on a weekday. We approached the counter to order and the whole staff had a attitude so that just made the experience unpleasant. We made sure to be polite even when we had to order twice because who know what happened the first time we did.

This has to be one of the Slowest businesses I have seen. There were at least four people working and it took almost 10 minutes for someone to actually ring us up. We had a line of about six people on line and it was extremely slow for someone to take our orders. A couple of customers even left because they didn't want to wait so long.

I am a traveling nurse and I stopped at a different Dunkin this morning for an iced caramel cappuccino. I get it all the time and it is normally very good, but this morning it was awful. The coffee was burnt and it tasted so bitter it was undrinkable. I was already on the interstate by the time I had tasted it so I couldn't go back to the Dunkin I purchased it from. I stopped by this store and asked them to please remake my drink because I couldn't drink it and they refused. They said they wouldn't be responsible for mistakes made at another store. I understand that the drink wasn't made wrong at this store, but it was made by Dunkin' Donuts and I should be able to get it fixed at any Dunkin Donuts. I had to throw away my almost $4 coffee and purchase a brand new one (obviously I went somewhere else). Pretty terrible job representing the Dunkin' Donuts brand.

This Dunkin is straight GARBAGE! I don't think I have ever experienced a time where they WERE NOT out of something. And it's not like I'm making some crazy order.. Chocolate chips, chocolate chip muffins, literally anything for their ice cream, even half their donut selection. Garbage. Make the extra few minute drive to the Griffin Rd. Dunkin.

The north 98 store in Lakeland has the worst service so slow and the workers act as if they hate to serve customers the drive through backs up so bad it goes out in the Hwy 98 traffic

I had ordered a pumpkin cinnamon sugar spiced latte and it seemed like they just threw a dash of spice in it and it had a bad after taste! Also their ice cream is freezer burned bad! The donuts are always stale and hard no matter what time of day you go! Their selection of donuts are always limited as well, no good donuts!!

They allow Manager's to yell at employees and degrade them about their weight saying they are unable to work shifts due to their body type. My Daughter was harassed horribly for months by Kerin "Kenny" Patel, a male manager at the Lakeland Fla Bartow Rd store. Yelled at, bullied. She was REDUCED to tears nightly and even customers witnessed him yelling at her in her face and felt strongly enough to say something. Hostile working environment. She has been forced to quit her job to escape the abuse this man did to her. Franchise owners do not care, they are all family. Disgraceful Dunkin Donuts. DD Corp says "we aren't responsible for what franchises do". Honestly? The EEOC sure is interested.
This was my first time to this location. We stopped in to grab some donuts before heading to a Home Depot workshop. This location is really big with lots of seating and even has a few umbrella tables to sit outside. Service was very slow and there was a line of people out the door. However, the very sweet lady at the register is considerably older so we didn't mind. They were out of a few donuts but we got there later in the morning, so I can understand that happening. We grabbed drinks from the cooler to get out faster and headed on our way. I would come here again. We didn't have any problems during our visit.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Awful place. Pulled through the drive thru for a single drink, they asked us to pull up to the second window, and then they forgot about our order. Gave it to us wrong--twice, and with no straw to drink it with. Iced drink was more cream than coffee and no ice. Went back in to get a refund, which took another 20 mins. Terrible place. Worst I've seen yet. Don't waste your time.

They tend to be out of stock of a lot of donuts which is annoying but they always get my coffee right ! Also I've noticed a lot of different workers as if a lot of them quit or they're just hiring a lot of part timers , strange since they're newbies and take a long time for one simple order .

My updated review almost one year later.. NOW I will give this location 5 stars due to the following: 1. They still have the freshest donuts than any other location in Florida. 2. They FINALLY had enough common sense to get rid of the TV's. !! No more news when trying to relax and eat my donuts. If I want news, I can use my cell phone or Laptop for that. 3. The staff has changed and are much nicer and customer friendly.
