I eat here pretty often as I am gluten free and it’s one of the only options in the area for a quick eat if I’m out or don’t feel like cooking. I usually have a good experience but lately the quality has been on a slow decline. Last time, the steak (that you pay extra for) was so over cooked it tasted like charred bbq, now this time I chose broccoli for both veggie options and there were literally 4 broccoli florets in the entire bowl. I moved all the food around thinking surely they must have put it in the bottom or something but nope. I’ve eaten at many different FK locations and have never been disappointed so I don’t know what’s going on with this one, but if the quality continues to decline I won’t be eating here anymore. I can’t justify the price for what they are giving out.

My experience was a good one. I arrived early so that I may get the full experience. I ordered a six bowl: Base spinach ×2, steak, chicken, pico, lemon broccoli, mushrooms and ginger sauce. Everything was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. Customer service was served with a smile and everything was neat and tidy. It was totally Keto/ Low carb friendly. In fact I think that it would be really easy to order from here when on special diets. There are so many possible combinations. I think mine is the best. I think I'll call it my Low Carb/ spinach salad. What name would you give this good looking bowl? ?

I love the options you have here. Something for everyone. I wish I knew the names of the employees working on Tuesday April 23rd around 6pm, all three in the front were so pleasant and made our day. The young man and the two sisters. They deserve recognition! So does the Almond chicken haha. Very crispy and delicious.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options, starches, and tofu for the protein. Clearly labeled with a V on the menu.
they have the food hot and ready, you just have to choose what you want. today,i had the coconut rice and barbecued chicken, also the cauliflower mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Super disappointed… my family and I have been huge fans of fresh kitchen since they have opened in Lakeland. Today was a big disappointment. The tomatoes were mushy, beef tasted like it was sitting for a while, broccoli was mush, and the kale was terrible and not its usual.We will be back but going to put fresh kitchen on the back burner for a few months.
This is my go-to for catering our staff lunches. Christina makes it so easy. The food is delicious! Never disappoints!

Parking is a nightmare. It’s next to an auto shop, maybe that’s why. The parking lot is tiny with no turn around available, and cars are parked everywhere/not in spaces because of auto shop/fresh kitchen overflow. 10 minute wait just to park. I won’t return.

Our 1st time and will not be our last. So hard to find something other than chicken and buger places that offer healthy choices. Everything was very tasty and looks good. Would so recommend this place. Service was great and everyone was friendy. Place was clean, even while being super busy. I think more parking is needed. But worth the wait.
