Candice, I give a 5 for sure!!! She wasn't even our server! Shannon was! Shannon never came over to our table! So Candice came and brought us beers, then ordered our food, which was hot and good! Then I had to go to the bar 2x to get beers! Once served and after we ate. Shannon came over and griped about having a few tables! She threw things around from not wanting to serve a few tables! You could definitely tell She didn't like her job! We've lived in the area for 3 years! Never treated this poorly! Our first time here! We may go back, but we will call ahead to make sure she's not our server! We did let the manager Will know how awful Shannon is! But how great and bubbly Candice was! We compensated Candice but definitely not Shannon!! The manager didn't have much to say, except that he overheard another couple complaining about Shannon's attitude while he was in the neighboring Publix! The Buffalo chicken is amazing!!!

Server was supposed to be Shannon. Finally came out to complain about how many tables she had. Talked to Will, said he was the manager. Didn't seem to care about anything. Never apologized. Seemed clueless. Might give it another try but doubt it. Too many other good places to go

Haven’t been here in about 5 years, wish I’d read reviews before going back. Drinks were costly and barely contained alcohol. Wings were poor quality, tasted old. Found hair in my fry basket, when I notified the waitress she argued that it was plastic not hair. She took it away and never offered to fix the issue or notify management after acknowledging there was a non-food item visible in my food. There are better sports themed bars in Lakeland, definitely recommend you try those places instead.

My absolute favorite place to go for lunch when I work. The bar staff is next level during the daytime. Very chill, nice place to go enjoy lunch with a coworker.I would absolutely recommend this plan to my friends and family.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice, wide, open seating, I have brought my uncle to eat here who is in a wheelchair.

We unknowingly went on trivia night and were not found of the music volume, but assume it was to prevent stealing answers. The food was mostly good, but onion petals should have been hot, not just warm. The server was OK but nothing special. Maybe they were short a server? Prices were reasonable. We will likely try again.
its alright but a lot of items are grossly overpriced. burgers are on par with Sonic. They also charge extra for cheese.

Simple issues are turned into major problems, no accountability from the managers, very disappointing. Moving on. Steelers fans bailed since Covid, the rest of us are following.
