Biscuits are hard as a rock and no butter top like used to be, folded egg was deep fried with grease dripping off, hash rounds taste like grease has not been changed in a long time. I was born and raised in lakeland and have been going to this hardees 30 plus years but I am so disappointed after 3 times being the same that I am out and will not be going back to this location. Plant city and groveland hardees are still really goodOnly good at lakeland is service..

It took quite a while for the food to come out. Once it did, it was hot and tasty. The staff was kind enough to big the food to our table. There was an older fellow there speaking rather loudly, using an excessive amount of profanity, so it wouldn't have been good if children were present. Over all pretty good.

Two burgers had salt dumped on them,and took 20 wait.Made us sick.Next time,no customers at all,took 15 Minutes.Food was cold and bad quality.We believe there is poor or no management there.Never any customers.Something is wrong with this Hardees.WE WILL NOT EVER GO BACK!

Updated on 01/09/04: The issue with the drive-thru ordering and the window seems fixed...sort of. They still sometimes pay no attention to what sauce I ask for and I have to make sure I let them know when getting the order. The staff is still nice and I appreciate their work. The chicken tenders are great as always and so was the candied bacon Frisco burger they had. Big problem now is no more Char-Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich. I'm not sure why it's been replaced with just more fried options you can get anywhere else. Bring back the grilled chicken sandwich and I will rate 5 stars, but it being gone is enough for 2 less stars.Original Review: The staff is usually good and the food is also good, but the drive-thru system needs fixing. When ordering, you can't get an actual response as to if there's a particular sauce for the chicken tenders. It's "ask at the window" or "they'll tell you at the window". Well, you're ordering before you get to the window, so the person taking the order at the drive-thru speaker should know what's on hand (plus, sauce is part of the chicken tenders order). I can't give a positive review because many of the items on the menu are $5 or more and you need accuracy (and more patience) from the drive-thru teller before you commit to buying something. This is a store/management issue that needs addressing. Also, stop making cars drive ahead of the window if their order isn't ready. That's just asking for an accident to happen by an inattentive driver behind them that drives off after getting their order first.

Service was nice and very friendly associates. The food was horrible. Burgers were dry and tasted over cooked. Toppings were basically none. The bun I'm hoping was over toasted because if it wasn't toasted it was old and hard. I used to get great burgers from here but now the food is horrible.
