Saturday night, 7pm, Party of 4 walked in and was immediately told it would be one hour before we would be seated or food was available. ( not hello, welcome in, how are y’all doing). Scanning the restaurant you could see at least a dozen empty tables and most of the full tables had food. Was told to leave our cell phone number and they would call to seat us. Never got a call. Went down the road to Dukes and enjoyed our night there.

Worse visit to Hooters on S. Fla Lakeland ever. Start out with a waitress with no personality and won't smile. Order pitcher and appetizer sitting at high top front window. Ceilings are filthy, thankfully nothing falls into drinks. Order BOGO wing special. Husband's wings arrive breaded with sauce but are pale and doughyhe eats four but can't tolerate anymore, asks for manager. She arrives, what a treat she was. Says she will make the bill right. Bill arrives at full price, REALLY! No discount, no offer of new cooked properly wings, nothing! This Hooters has gone so downhill. Very unprofessional manager.

Great food and good service ? try the 3 chicken strips and boneless wings meal with two different sauces.
Went to pick up dinner and asked if I could buy a bottle of hot sauce that is provided at the table. The bar tender said they were out. So I asked if I could get aContainer of it.She gave it to me all with attitude. She put a few squirts in less than half a container.. I said thanks and had no response back. Sorry I ruined your night be asking you to do something. Sorry for the inconvenience! Hope your night gets better. We got severalItems I wanted to use on (wings, fries and shrimp) but did not want to ask for more because of the attitude she was already giving.

I've been to this Hooters plenty of times, but today the sauce on the wings was most likely store bought. Tasted like franks wing sauce. Poorly poured over the wings and didn't coat much of them. Definitely not hooters sauce. A bit disappointing!!
