I understand change is inevitable and most of us are rolling with it. But when 70 year old people come to the counter and staff just yell to use the kiosk because they are understaffed, it's not very customer forward.

This is the best KFC in Lakeland... I've been to this place a couple times, maybe more than a couple times... I've always had a great experience here with customer service. The food is always hot and fresh. My order is always correct. The employees are always smiling and asking us if we've had a good day or greet us with some type of hello. I just visited there this evening and had a great visit. Thank you, KFC on the south side of Lakeland.

I went to drive through yesterday and was charged twice for 1 meal. When I called them about it , I was told I had to come in with proof my bank for the refund. That’s ridiculous I will not be back and you will never access to my debit card again!

Order a 12/piece meal for the family. The reciepts wasnt signed off anyone checked. Half the order waa original when Crispy was ordered and it was the old dryed out nearly burt chicken. Mashed potatoes and gravy the didnt send the gravy. Would not recommend.

The food was good, the service, cleanliness and atmosphere as well. The only issue I had was there is a coupon promotion where you pay $1.00 (which is donated to charity) for the coupon book worth $16.00. The employees and managers appeared to not know anything about it. Still a good restaurant to visit also the portions have not been downsized like others (Pop+?️), (⛪+?)Vegetarian options: Not a lot basically order the sides.Parking: Like what?Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible into the restaurant and several tables designated for wheelchairs.
Ridiculous that at 1:55 pm they have the lobby closed ! So now I have to go other place to have lunch I will never eat here again!!! Close the store don’t open no

Tried the KFC Bowl and the Pot Pie !!! Both were Better than expected !!!! Pot Pie crust was delectable !!! Pleasant, courteous Service and a very clean Dining Room !! I'll be Back !!!!
