NY strip was TOUGH as nails and so chewy. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated DRASTICALLY. Will never return to Longhorn.

The lunchtime service is consistently top-notch - the staff is friendly, attentive, and efficient, even when the restaurant is bustling. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the portions are generous. However, I've noticed that the dinner service can be a different story. The restaurant gets extremely busy, and the service can be slow and inattentive. It's a shame, because the food is just as good at dinner as it is at lunch. Overall, I'd highly recommend LongHorn Steakhouse for lunch, but maybe try to avoid the dinner rush if you're looking for a more relaxed dining experience."

We had the worst experience at this location. After waiting for an hour arrived at 9:43 pm we were seated at 10:40 pm for us to sit in the table no waitress no manager to get our drinks Very disappointing they told us they had no booths available but when they sat us mostly booths were open the restaurant was almost empty but they just didn’t sit us and then waited at the table 5 minutes and no one ever came to even get our drink order, very very disappointing customer service

Alex was wonderful, efficient and friendly. Unfortunately he had so many tables to take care of, maybe due to staff shortage. Steaks always delicious and baked loaded potato a must. The cheesecake was something new for me and was amazing with nuts on top. Caesar salad absolutely terrible, no dressing and watery. The stuffed mushrooms had a different flavor than known, very very salty. Overall too much salt.

We had to send food back on both dishes. Steak was new then rare. It was raw and the Pork chops were so overcooked you couldn't cut them and so salty. Ask for little seasoning. Service was great though.

Fantastic service front Dalonde tonight. Our filet mignons were cooked to perfection and the wait staff was quick and courteous. We had a small wait before getting a table, but anyone who is expecting to walk in and be seated is delusional. We tend to arrive as the wait staff was arriving for their shifts and there were empty tables. But tables with no one to service them are not available. Unless you want to stare at the wall for awhile. We frequent this location and have never had any problems. Good food and good service.

Longhorns seems to operate with short staff... may be corporate decision, maybe no one wants a job...IDK. Delays to be seated may be an issue at obvious times of day. I had a couple issues on Sundays, it seems that popular items were not available... ribs and steak not available. This shouldn't have happened once, let alone 3 separate days!! Has become my 2nd or 3rd choice on deciding where to go for dinner/lunch.
