My sister in law and I came in to pick up our pizzas. I quickly threw my credit card down at the register and tried to pay. There was a “cat fight” while we each attempted to pay. Caleb, who was working the register…….did his best to be neutral. He was very courteous and respectful. He even tried to get us to split the bill and each pay 1/2. Thank you, Caleb for being “The Switzerland “ of this Marcos. You did a fine job handling 2 grown women acting childish!

Came in to sit down and eat some hot fresh pizza. Ordered at 6:05, waited 45 minutes, waiting for our name to be called and looking for our X-large pizza to come up. We went to the counter, guess what. Our pizza had been sitting there for 30 minutes in two large box because they were out of X-large boxes.They were so buzzy talking to each other they couldn’t call out a name or ask what are y’all waiting for.

The best pizza I've had in a long time. The dining room and the restroom are always clean.
Absolute trash pizza and management, lived behind the place for 7 years and they have sewage running out the back and it smells horrible. See the kids running the place smoking dope out back and customer service is non existent . PROTIP don't eat here.
Horrible customer service, manager Taylor should be fired for the way she talks to customers. Pizza is really good but not worth the headache to deal with her. What happened to pleading the customer so they return. Manager prefers to argue and say she doesn't have to offer any special or discount to any customer. I guess I was unaware she owned the company.

My son call marcos pizza a put a order he tell me Mom not because someone recommended it a pizza you going to jump and try their is when you see someone else good experience don’t duplicate. You better get out of there the quicker you can take to refund and go. Those pizza isn’t good enough for you wasted a hour waiting. Let get Marcos pizza a place we already knows and they even give me a coupon without ask so is have of that pizza of cicala’s . So I did and here I’m at marcos pizzas. Had a small sausage and onion. "Delicious ?", Tasted was so good, I almost didn't want to share with my wife. But she had two slices. I almost forgot, had that gralic sauce with parmesan cheese on the crust. Crust was delicious.
