We drove here and went through the drive through about 20 mins ago to pick up our order that we had already paid for online and the girl kept saying our code wasn't working it must be for another McDonald's. So we drove to the other one across the street. It wasn't for there, it was for this location. So we drove back over and my husband went inside and our order was just sitting on the counter. Get it home and not only the wrong burger inside but disgustingly drowned in sauce. Jesus do your jobs better. Morons

Went through the drive thru. Arrived at 10:05pm to the 24 hour McDonalds. Woman came over the speaker and said “we will be with you when we can”. She told the people in the other lane the same thing. There was a long line behind us. At 10:12pm she came back on the speaker stating “at this time we are closed and won’t be taking anymore orders”. It was absolutely ridiculous. This McDonalds has always been one of the better ones in town, but it sucks lately.

We ordered our food in the dining lobby, grabbed our number and sat down. Waited for our food and after about 8 minutes we were told by the manager on shift we had to take our food to go and leave since the lobby closes at 10:00pm. Super rude. They didn’t even start our food until we acknowledged that we would be leaving. So the entire time we waited, they didn’t start the food until the lobby “closed”.

I could see the person making the order was doing a good job but that's it. I was there at 6:15am and one worker was sweeping the lobby as I stood there waiting 12 minutes for my order. One individual in a blue collared shirt filling orders asked did you order i said yes but I thought it was 712 but wasn't sure because the kiosk didn't give me a receipt and only showed the number for a split second. The reply I received was silence on her part. Again I waited for another ten or so minutes. They messed up my coffee and put cream and sugar in it that want asked for. Both coffees were dirty on top. When she handed my order to me she said this one's caramel and that's it, no have a nice or anything to show she gave a damn about me. Just a terrible place.

I visited McDonald's today and was disappointed by the customer service. Despite politely requesting sauce and offering to pay for it, the staff refused to accommodate my simple request. Such inflexibility and lack of willingness to meet customer needs left me unsatisfied with my experience. Improvement in customer service training and flexibility in accommodating requests would greatly enhance the overall dining experience at this location.

The kids needed some fast food, and McDonalds here did not disappoint. Look, it is basically like every other McDonalds we have all been to. The staff was friendly and the restaurant seemed clean. What more could you ask for from one of America's largest chains?

If you order on door dash I'll show you what happens to me from here EVERYTIME I ORDER.Thanks for being spiteful to my food.Med Cappuccino filled halfway.No oatmeal.Hash brown burnt to crispy luckily I like it that way.I'm sick and really needed some oatmeal and a nice cappuccino... Just disappointed..

Worst employees in history night shift, there is truck parking out front i parked, went up to the door for obvious reasons I can’t go through the drive through, a skinny black girl with a nose ring answered asked me to walk and order at the drive through with the worst attitude in history, I go there standing at the drive through trying to order and for some reason they thought to just ignore me for like 5 min a car came so I let him go, they answered, if you think messing with tired truck drivers who just want food is funny then something is wrong with you, you shouldn’t be working at customer service, if you hate your life and you think it’s amusing to mess with customers find a job you like, looser’s.

Was told to pull up it’ll be three minutes on fries. Pulled up and waited 15 minutes. Got out my car went inside, Manager told me sorry we forgot you were out there. Spent almost $20 for cold food and no fries.

If you guys can no longer afford to put a whole slice of cheese on the sandwich, sell the sandwich without cheese. That way, nobody can complain about getting a sliver of cheese on a sandwich that doesn’t come with cheese.And, I asked for extra tartar sauce. Thank goodness; otherwise I would have gotten none. Half of this went into the trash.Do better.
