I called about 20 times I was using DoorDash and I was trying to contact y’all and nobody answered the phone I did not get my order and I waited two hours and I finally just decided to cancel it and get my refund but y’all did not make sure my order was given to me Just kept saying somebody already picked up my order my door dashers said and the thing was my order was never picked up and I never got any food which really sucked because I’m pregnant and hungry and all I wanted was a McDonald’s and y’all failed to get my order. I will be contacting corporate in the morning, but next time answer the phone so we don’t have another issue like this surprised the manager is not on duty to make sure the customers are happy and everyone gets the order and now somebody else has my order and enjoying free food ?

This McDonald’s is so bad, the seagulls won’t even eat the food. The attitude of the workers is unreal. I had my 4 year old with me and all you can hear from the lobby is the F word and the employees swearing. Straight trash here

first of all I was the only one in the drive thru and they took really long and I told them multiple times the order they didn’t listen they gave me cheeseburgers with pickles onions and cheese when on the reciept it clearly says hamburger with no cheese and only ketchup and forgot my fries good job McDonald’s this is

I was victim of theft tonight, we paid for 2 fries, 1/4lb burger and chicken nuggets. Only got a 1/4lb burger, 2 fries and 2 dipping sauce. Not the first time, definitely the last one. Fries were saggy and burger was old.

Compared to other locations, this location is much more efficient, they are faster when serving food. The food is always hot, especially the potatoes. Rarely have they delivered a meal to me with some potatoes, fried nuggets with old oil or a cold and dry hamburger due to the waiting time. They rarely make mistakes and when correcting the error they are very efficient. I have met much kinder, more friendly and empathetic managers. Much friendlier employees when serving customers, although you always find some employees who should not be placed in the drive-thru.They should change the method of service and customer service, decent and eye-catching uniforms, demand speed, friendliness and elegance from their employees when serving customers, exceptional customer service and no long waits for an order like fast food does. cow food and chicken sandwiches. That is a quality service and it is a pleasure to go there. I go mostly for my son who is autistic. He loves McDonald's and if they let him he eats from there every day.
