First time visit. Service was fine. Not really crowded. I ordered egg plant parm, no flavor. Egg plant was gray and rubbery. That was exchanged for a simple chicken Alfredo. The chicken was lightly breaded but breading was all mush. Alfredo sauce again lacked flavor. Very disappointing. Won't be back.

Driving down south from Atlanta I stop at this Italian Restaurant I was with my family I was impressed with the food & service my grandkids love the place and the food but I pay with a credit card and I gave the tip cash every thing was perfect until I got home the next day I received a text from my credit card that the amount that I pay at the restaurant was changed someone added a tip after I pay the tip cash I was angry because I really like the place and wanted to go back I call spoke to someone call Jessie she told me she was the manager I told her what has happened & all I heard was excuses saying it was a human error or a technology error and she did apologizeBut I did not bolieve it I been a dining manager for 42 years that’s impossible someone there added more tip I’m really disappointed and how can I go there again when someone there is doing this to me and god only knows who else I just wanted to share this so if anyone goes there check your credit card and Jessie you need management training you needed to return the money to the credit card not ask me to go pick it up when I’m not from there .

i had high expectations for this place but unfortunately the food was not good. the lasagna was awful they don't use ground beef i have not idea what type of meat it was. i couldn't eat it. the pasta fra de divalo was in a butter sauce with 5 shrimp that still had the tails in them hard to eat. that's usually in tomato sauce any ways. it wasn't worth the money. all cook were hispanic which is ok but obviously had not idea about italian food or weren't properly trained to serve italian dishes. pasta wasn't al dente any ways if you want italian food in lakeland go to olive garden. it's your best option

My companion and I ordered a pizza and salad to share. The pizza should have been cooked longer as the cheese wasn't fully melted and the onions weren't even cooked through. The salad was okay, but the presentation should have been better. The vegetables/toppings looked like they were just thrown on top of the lettuce. It didn't look appealing, thank God it tasted good. Considering the service the waitresses very nice pleasant, but not exactly attentive. We sat down without any silverware or napkins. We received napkins after the food came, but we didn't get silverware until after we asked for a second time. I haven't been to this restaurant in over a year and I thought I'd try it again. It hasn't improved. While this visit only included a pizza and salad this review is based on an accumulation of my visits. As such I cannot recommend this restaurant, if you are looking for authentic Italian.Parking: There is not a lot of onsite parking, but the restaurant is located next to a strip mall parking lot. With that extra parking you will have to walk a little further if the restaurant is really busy.
