I've been getting food from here for years. The last few years it had gotten bad. It was never great to begin with. But the prices were ok. Everything I order is now drenched in sauce. The crispy texture destroyed and turned into paste. Im not singling out one dish, they are all like that. Sometimes the egg rolls are saturated with oil. Prices are just too high for low quality food. Then add that they can be pretty rude. I dont think Ive seen any of them smile. The kid at the register is not very friendly but will converse with you. The mom, she can be rude and will not accept complaints usually. Some of it is probably the language barrier but showing courtesy isnt cultural. They've been there a long time and sometimes businesses forget they need us locals to survive. I recommend eating at Joyful Asian on Kathleen. It's new, the food is light years better, and the prices are not that much more for superior quality.

I don't know what happened yesterday, but my usual order of Pork Egg Foo Young was not good. It actually was tasteless and bordered on smelling bad. The younger man, that normally takes the phone orders was not there ... just two of them in back taking turns answering the phone and cooking. They are closed on Mondays and this was Tuesday. Made me wonder if they were using old oil to fry in or if the ingredients were not fresh. I will not be going back.

Owners son seemed to have awnsered when I placed an order over the phone and he was very rude, although his parents were very nice. But the food was nasty and the chicken seemed under cooked and kinda chewy..

Ordered chicken wings with fries via phone for pickup. Asked the female who was taking the order to please make sure the food is fresh and not refried. She seemed to have a slight issue with that. My daughter picked up the food and the female she was paying was telling her to sign several times while my daughter asked her for a pen several times. The atmosphere was never good, but the service and food used to be a few years ago. I moved back to the neighborhood and decided to go there. Will no longer buy food from there again. With food prices going up the attitude and nasty food isn’t worth it.

I have been coming here for take out for a number of years and I have never been disappointed with the food. This is my go to Chinese take out restaurant in Lakeland.The interior of the shop isn't the most attractive. But their food never disappoints.

Terrible! I had food from them before and it was good, then about 9 months ago and my shrimp was spoiled to the point of me not being able to eat it. So I gave them another try today and the shrimp were Terrible! I called and requested a refund and they won't only exchange my food and not give me a refund! Which is bs! They don't have to worry about me as a customer and I will definitely spread the word about this terrible establishment!
