One thing I have to complain about is that the worker that took our order, whose name is Paige, was very rude and condescending towards our group. We came in with nothing but a happy and positive manner and her response was close to none and laughing at our insecure friend from another country. Other than this, our starbucks was quick and great ! I hope this problem gets resolved in the near future. A little disappointed.

There is a new to me gentleman working the drive thru window on Sundays, and KEEP HIM. This gent knows the ingredients, answers all my questions because I don’t speak Starbucks, and helps me order the BEST stuff for myself and my 2.5 year old daughter. He helped me get her a caffeine and coffee free frapp so she could have a drink like me and LAWD, it made our whole Sunday. Keep him, please.Also, customers reading this, TIP YOUR BARISTAS. ❤️

INCREDIBLE service. I haven't felt this welcomed at a coffee shop in a long time. They used my name after they asked it, made eye contact, and even brought my sandwhich out to me while I was sitting. Next level stuff you don't see many places

Sometime good sometimes bad today was horrrible cold sandwich and horrible frappe. U would think when someone asks to double toast something they would actually listen? the sandwich ok I can warm up at home but the frappe? Disgusting I had 2 people other than me taste it both made weird faces and said the same thing I just don’t understand why y’all can’t just be consistent with the service?
Actually, it was one of the calmest locations I have been in. That’s not a complaint.I did notice that the power plugs under the tables in the middle of the dining area or not working because customers were going around trying to find outlets that were working.It was nice to not be overcrowded for once at a Starbucks.Parking: The actual parking for Starbucks is small but it’s in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking.

Why do you prioritize in store orders over previously placed mobile orders? I can place a mobile order at 11:00 with a pickup time of 11:16 and sit in the store from 11:16 until 11:30 while customers repeatedly walk up to the counter and place orders and receive them while I’m still waiting for a mobile order I placed 20 minutes before them.
