The lady who put in the order was great. But the gentleman gave me drinks was atrocious, forgot to ask for his name. He was so belittling because I asked for a cup holder for 4 drinks. Looked at me like I was dumb for asking for one, and snap at me “no”.

I tried to avoid this location at all cost, but sometimes it’s impossible. But it never fails that I feel mistreated or made felt uncomfortable. This is a common atmosphere that is created every time I come into this place. I’ll just use my better judgment, and stay away . Too much attitude flowing around there. The long dark haired girl this morning on the espresso machine was especially rude.

I go all the time , normally a great experience. Today however I get the the line to order and I’m greeted with “what do you want” no big deal I order she then proceeded to yell “what kind” after I said it 3 times and she was yelling at me. I’m a sensitive person and she was so rude. Normally it’s a young man with a beard or the girl with long hair in a braid they are awesome! This girl today ruined my day by yelling at me over coffee..

Terrible I paid 6 dollars for a drink and it was flat and had no taste at all. I had to wait there were only a young lady taking care of the drive threw window and a young man ringing up people who acted like he didn't know anything. The pasty case was totally empty had nothing in it. I asked about pumpkin bread and he didn't know. The whole experience was not worth my time and for sure not worth the money.

Kamryn!!!! By far the greatest worker I have ever encountered. Her personality is unmatched and my experience from beginning to end was amazing!I was having a horrible week and even worse day and let’s just say by the time I finished my transaction with her I felt better. I felt great! I hope I get to see you again Kamryn!

If you like to wait 15-20 min for a pre-maid order this is your spot to go. Manager need to teach customer service like good morning and how to serve more efficient plus you can see the stress in the people working right there. Another day, same service, waiting 15 min for order, ask told me is not ready and the bag was right there after all.

This location is absolutely terrible. Constantly messes up your drinks and purposely slow. You will wait 30 minutes for a drink in the drive-through with only six cars. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Get ready for the corporate contact us response which nobody will really do anything because local Management never gets involved and changes anything.Update: 7/23 -same poor location. This location is terrible. No cars in line and got one coffee and a breakfast sandwich and of course like they like to do your breakfast sandwiches are cold since they’re in such a rush they don’t cook properly. Make sure you check your food as a like to serve it half cold, so you ask to get it cooked thoroughly and twice in order for them to do it once. Another joke of a location..10/23-same terrible service at this location. Can’t even make an oat milk shaken espresso correctly. Missing all the ingredients except the espresso… They rush their drinks and don’t even make them properly. Bunch of kids here… Starbucks needs a facelift in Lakeland since most of their locations offered terrible service..

I was having a coffee social with a friend i ordered soy caramel frappuccino with a lemon cake slice. 20 min into enjoying my social...i Wasnt feeling well.. Got to van almost threw up x3 . got home had runs... Not bad but enough to make me not feeling goodWound up having Lipton tummy tea and after 45 min felt better but back to myself by next morning. Pointless to report it since all they do is reimburse you . or a free drink on them. It cost just as much to drive there so for the cost of gas i can do round trip for a tall frappuccino and lemon slice...NAH ILL STAY HOME
