I came to eat, immediately decided to go to the toilet to wash my hands, I was told that the toilet was not working, solve the problem with your employees.

I was there and no body was in front, I call if somebody was in the back but no body answer, and there was a employee outside and he didn’t care neither when we left.. it’s always something with this subway??♀️

The guy in there barley put ham on my sandwich and now the whole thing is basically just lettuce and bread , they usually pack it nice at other locations but not this one

Not to busy but the Subway was the way I liked it a cold cut combo , light mustard, lettuce , toma, four kinds of meat ham, Bacon solonmee, Bologna lots of pickles and chopped onions, light mayo.saot pepper, yum,yum good ?..

Everytime I visit this location I or my friends or family visit we are not given access to the restroom which to m if a customer sits and eat should have access, which I also think is unprofessional as it be that we spend over 40.00 everytime we visit which now I have come to a decision to stop taking my money there.

Let me start by saying the year is 2023 and if people don't understand by now educate yourself. Subway is a order for me kind of fast food, restaurant, correct ? well on this day, when my daughter ordered white bread, but the white bread she received was too dark for her and she wanted the lightest white bread because that's what she preferred. The lady begin to argue saying it's all the same bread but to my daughter who has autism, it's not the same bread and this caused a problem for the lady behind the counter I began to educate the person and telling her my daughter has autism. Please just give her the lightest white bread possible, the lady still argued and said the bread is all the same and I was going to walk out my loving daughter made an excuse for the lady and decided to try to communicate with the lady that she needed the lighter white bread. That's how she felt, the lady still didn't understand started mumbling something and huffed Nd puffed, but changed it out to the latest white bread because her coworker was going to do it for her bless this man! However my understanding of SUBWAY® is ( I order it in my way ) not stand here and argue while we are hungry, or decide to leave the facility and go somewhere else way? I am a very frustrated mother this world needs to catch up to the fact that autistic young adults have to be able to order food their way. one of the reasons why we go to Subway and now we are rethinking our decision because of memorial subway. If you have any extra wants or needs for a sub, do not go to the subway because apparently they make subs their way not yours thank you by disappointing mom of a young autistic adult.
