I’ve eaten at this particular location many times and never had an issue with the food or quality of service. Keep up the good work! They are also great about reminding me of any rewards I have for my Subway Rewards Account such as free cookies or X dollars off etc. One gentleman in particular there is above and beyond in terms of being polite and shows amazing customer service and accuracy in completing my orders.

I would have given no stars. They were out of multiple items. I asked for a sandwich the employee stated they were out of salami. I asked for capicola the employee stated I can’t substitute. The employee then stated I can give you double pepperoni. I stated I don’t want double of a meat already on the sandwich. I then asked to turn a sandwich with capicola into the original I was ordering another employee stated it would be an additional 6 dollars making the sandwich about 18 dollars verses the original sandwich I wanted being only around 14. I then requested the original sandwich and agreed to pay for the capicola add on but wanted a discount because they were missing a part of the sandwich the employee stated they couldn’t alter the price. My husband ordered a tuna sub and requested egg as a topping. The employee stated they were out of those also. We decided to find another place to eat.

So yummy!! Great subway locations are hard to come by these days so when I experience a good one I had to leave a review. The food was SO fresh. You can tell the veggies were cut and prepared today. It was so clean, staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!!!

I went to my favorite Subway. Employee was pissed and didn't greet me.The manager, Nichole, , ignored me for 5 minutes while angrily making an online order. Then, when I stated there should be more cheese on a Veggie Delite , she said, " you don't have to buy this sandwich ." So, I left.. McDonald's was so friendly and happy to see me. Give us a bit more cheese and hire people who don't hate their jobs and the customers.

Person working counter (Nicole) is always rude. Today was waiting in line 15 mins while she made call-in orders. Shouldn't you help people standing in front of you? I'm on my lunch break and no time to wait for them to make sandwiches for folks that aren't even present. Ended up leaving to get a Publix sub. I go to Subway often because generally I enjoy the food and it's convenient to work. Nicole has waited on me in the past, always rude. Once she asked what I wanted on the sub, my reply was "a little of everything". She glared back and said just tell me what you want on it!! Thought I did... There are pleasant people that work at this location, but I'm told Nicole is the manager. Not a good role model. Maybe that's way nicer staff doesn't seem to stay long. I'll keep stopping by but if Nicole is making sandwiches, I'm heading next door to Publix where shopping is a pleasure.

First than all, just to mention how all the bad reviews about this place are old, and about the service people. Let focus on the latest instead, ultimately you want to know how your food quality will be. Lets give local business to stay open and not disappear and go bankrupt. I just read this company has new owners and they will re bump it. the food is good at this location, sometimes when shift change it take them longer to service you because short of staff, lets be considered. The food is neat and good looking, and they have a good variety of extras to add

Today around 720 to 730pm 7.18.23 the person that I just found is the manager by the name of Nicole was so very RUDE!! She didn't ask what I wanted on my sandwich nor if I wanted it toasted and when I ask her to heat the bacon up after her just tossing my sandwich together without asking me what I wanted on it and her response was we make the sandwich how the menu says too and I told her I understand that but I am still always asked if I wanted it toasted and what toppings I would like. As I was speaking to her (Nicole) she just kept being rude and another customer behind me stated she is ALWAYS like that and when Nicole heard that she responded back which very bad customer service!! She placed cheese on my sandwich that I didn't want! I have a sandwich that I don't even going to eat!!

Everything just average.i ordered a foot long all American which is one of the cheapest or may be the cheapest foot long on .I made It a combo by adding a medium drink and a bag of chips total $16.97. For a sub,? To me that seemed crazy. Next I'll take my money to Publix and get sub

I didn't know if it was a new employee. I was asked if I wanted to take the test on my bread. Every subway store needs toasts. When I asked what was the difference between ground beef and beef, the staff replied that it was different. What was different? Shouldn't the staff answer me why it's different? Different cuts of beef, different tastes, just different! Do you think Asian English is not good, can not understand you say bad things in front of me? I didn't scold you on the spot, I gave you some face! I will definitely complain to your manager about you!

This location has gone down in the last 6 months..it use to be above 5 stars ..different staff working...Tonight I went in and waited quite awhile..I was in line close to the bread and there was bugs on the bread . I told the girl preparing the subs and she made a noise like ughh...cause I guess i bothered her by letting her know there were bugs crawling on the bread ..I repeated quietly there are really bugs on the bread and she said she couldn't keep every bug off so I left the building...very rude and does not need to be serving the public...there use to be the best people at this location .....

Food is good but, Checking $5 bills with a machine & not knowing how to use it... A bit annoying!.. Doubt corporate would appreciate the way you make your customers feel when doing that.
