Always been great customer service and very clean but they are very expensive on everything now. I got the Monster combo and it was about $18. Didn't even have that much meat in it. I probably won't be going to another Subway again till that changes.

First time we've had Subway in a while. I had my favorite, a BMT and my wife had something new. The young woman with light hair in a ponytail working at 7:30 on the 14th of November (sorry I don't know her name) was outstanding! Very helpful and friendly. And made one of the best BMTs I've had. Recommended big-time!

I ordered online and it was supposed to be ready for pick up at 5:20 and usually they make it way before then but I got there my at my pick up time and they hadn’t even started, The manager lady with the white here said oh I forgot,Luckily for me I wasn’t in any type of rush but if this not professional,I was expecting like a free cookie or a drink having to wait for them to make my order,The point of me ordering online is to not have to stand in the restaurant for my safety during the pandemic,The least they could’ve done was giving me a phone call saying that they were going to take a while
I get my fix every couple weeks. my favorite used to be the sweet chicken teriyaki but they have changed it up some and the last time I wasn't too impressed. I always like the meatball sub. Good deal if you can find the coupons in the mail.

Luckily I am not too picky. I put an app order in for a tuna sub part. I asked for less lettuce I got no lettuce, I also asked for salt and pepper and got a load of sweet onion sauce on it. Please pay attention when you're putting orders together!
