We've been coming to this subway since we moved here 5 years ago. I never thought I would write a review for here but Bonnie was just fantastic. She was accommodating and actually cared if we would like the toppings/dressings we chose. It's almost felt like I was visiting my own memaw. She was great, I hope she stays!There was a young lady that was working there and seemed to be training. She was very sweet. It was nice seeing employees there that knew what they were doing.

Ordered 3 subs online. 2 were almost identical. 1 had instructions for less sweet onion sauce. There was so much it made me gag. Did the cap come off while putting it on my sandwich?Never going here again. I have been coming here for for 15 years. ?? terrible. Idiots behind the counter. Idiot managers.

I was eagerly looking forward to trying Subway’s new foot long Auntie Anne’s pretzel offered by Subway. What a disappointment. The pretzel had next to no salt on it with minimal butter and was tough and chewy. No add-ons such as cheese or other sauce were offered.

My family and I stopped here while passing through town. Diana made my experience so pleasurable, fast and friendly. The subs were phenomenal and fresher than any sub I've eaten back in Georgia. You rock Diana!!!

If you discover your order is messed up when you get home, you are shit out of luck. You will not be offered a credit, YOU WILL HAVE TO RETURN WITH THE FOOD.I went in to order for myself and my girlfriend. Making extra sure that her sandwich was made correctly (as any good boyfriend would). After I got home I discovered that my sandwich was missing multiple ingredients that I asked for WHEN PROMPTED BY ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES. This wasn't a case of "Oh they didn't hear me," they specifically asked.I called the store to report the issue and they said I could have it remade if I brought it back in. So not only did the associates get my order wrong, now they want me to double inconvenience myself for their mistake. Fuck that. I told them I'm bringing my sandwich back (my girlfriend's sandwich was good), but I want a refund for it. If they care more about one sandwich over enraging a local customer who did everything right, be my guest asshole. Do not eat at this franchise.Order and refund date: 9/30/23

While the food is great, one of the workers there is just dreadful. Her manners are not fit for customer service, I recall her name starting with an A and she had dirty blonde hair. She is incredibly unprofessional. Not only was she impolite with me, she treated her coworker rudely in front of me, speaking in a snappy tone. My friends come in to this subway often and have had similar experiences with this girl.I do not believe it is right to scold workers like that in front of customers, or speak to us the way she does, it is a quick way for us to lose our appetites. Please do better.

Sent me a very stale roll. Actually it is like rubber, so was it microwaved? At any rate, not toasted and not edible. Offered to my dogs, they refused.

We came in an hour before closing, and Thor was pleasant and respectful. Our sandwiches were made with love and look/taste amazing! First time at this location and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.

So today I am conflicted with subway. As I ordered a foot long (12 inches) steak, egg, and cheese the subway rep put two tray off steak as he should right? However, a few seconds later the manager comes out to tell him that on a foot long (remember 12 inches) you only put 1 1/2 tray of meat, and only a full tray on any 6inch. The meet was already on the sub, yet the subway rep had to remove half the tray of meat per the manager’s instructions. Here is my issue, if I buy two 6 inch subs of the same kind , I would get two trays of meat. However if I buy a 12 inch foot long I only get 1 1/2 tray of meat. Personally, I feel like this is wrong because two 6 inch subs = one footlong. Not to mentioned that the manager was not next to the rep to show him the way, instead she was in the back and would only come out to correct the subway rep.
