My husband and I went here for lunch today (1/9/24) and it was the best subway I’ve been to in my 37 years. I’ve been to many all over the US. It was not only the cleanest we have ever been to, but it also had the nicest employees. Will, and the others working with him today (I’m so sorry my husband asked their names but didn’t remember anyone’s name but Will’s) were so nice and kind and very efficient. I’ve been to many where the workers just didn’t care at all, had the worst attitudes, and were super sloppy while working. These guys today were great! ❤️

Gave me a bag with my sandwiches. Did not put in anything extra Teriyaki sauce that I asked for. The bag was big enough to put 6 sandwiches in but could not find a place to put the sauce.. Return to the SubwayA.Long hard day . Not even sorry. They said it was my fault.

Food's good because it's a chain... but the staff needs massive training on customer service and everything else. They just don't care and exemplify "doing the bare minimum" mentality.

if I could give ZERO stars I would. I spend $80 on 8 subs which is a great price but I got 2 meat ball subs. The meat balls were dry and old. when I called the team member told me he was getting a manager and HUNG UP 2 minutes later. when I tried to call back they picked up and hung up TWICE. I called off another phone and the manager argued with me about the meat balls being fresh when they were most definitely NOT. we ordered two 12 pack cookies and if I didn't check the bag I would have only gotten ONE cookie because they didn't have chocolate chip. Then gave me an attitude when I told her to give me what they had because I paid for them.

Management is this store was nasty. No bedside manners what so ever.She needs to better herself in managing customers. Never will i go again.I just paid almost $40 on 3 orders and the treatment was horrifying with the manager not the cashier.

Customer Service is a thing of the past... With more than 15 mins time and a printed receipt from an online order, Clear Instructions, there is No Reason why I should have had to spend extra gas and extra time, to go all the way back due to the sandwiches being made wrong. What happened to taking pride in your work and doing everything possible to make sure the customer is happy? Certainly recommend not ordering online if you can help it, if you need to, just check the sandwiches when you pick them up.

I always like going to Subway anytime of day and getting a breakfast sandwich the prices a little lower and I loaded up with vegetables so they don't have the $5 footlongs anymore but you can get the six
