I was only in there for about 5 minutes, but I was super impressed by this subway! The ladies in there were super nice it was CLEAN and the ingredients were super fresh. I am one of the people that normally only reviews if I had a negative experience but this subway was significantly nicer than 90% of the ones I’ve been in (and I’m a fan of subway) and the people were great so I really wanted to show some love!

It is good. Tuna sandwich is iffy. There was a lot of water in the pan like it has been sitting there a while and not at the proper holding temperature.

I went in and made an order in the app and was fully charged at the restaurant (privately owned) and showed the manager (Lisa) and it didn’t show up in their system and she refused to make my order. It was extremely horrible customer service. I’ve ran small businesses, corporations and franchise businesses for over 20 years and this was horrible.

Don't you hate when you order a 6 inch and instead of getting to see them cut the bread in half they pull out this stub that you know is the bad cut in from some other 6' that got hooked up.

I would leave 5 stars for this location as they "usually" deserve it...but I can't when the order isn't followed!!! I ordered online, 3 footlongs sandwiches, a large drink and my birthday cookie. In the notes, I ALWAYS have the lettuce and oil/vinegar on the side. They ALWAYS do this, but not tonight. The staff needs to be trained on how to follow the instructions of the customers request. Now my sandwiches will be soggy. The order was sitting and waiting at the right time, but there was NO cup or cookie ready with the order. Get home to see them with the mayo and mustard on the very top of sandwiches! Not appetizing biting into condiments... Very disappointed! And can hope for the possible future orders will be made correctly.
This is a different Subway. It's located on Cleveland Heights, Lakeland. No manager, but the two staff did a good job ?

Nice and Clean place the ladies there are nice. And of course you can eat in. I like the Chicken Bacon Ranch sub. My son loves the steak and cheese with onions and peppers.
