Rude as ever. Got told sauce in the bag pulled up to allow other cars to get their food only to find no sauce and out of my 50 dollar meal missing some of my order. Now got to pull back thru the drive thru wait 15 minutes only for whatever it was to be rude as hell when I said there wasn't any sauce in the bag and missing my quesadilla and tell me if I want to be rude not to come back. No apology for my missing item and no sauce just to speak to tell me not to come back after explaining the situation. I want a manager to contact me asap because now I get home and there is what is like wood pieces in my brother's crunch wrap. Got pictures of this whatever the hell it is that is in his crunch wrap.

The orders are always incorrect. The manager opened the food item on the front counter and then brought it back to the food line and left there. Very unsanitary!

Can't sign in to app without email. If email is delayed, now what? Their ordering system often chooses the wrong restaurant so you're food may be 10 miles away. Even if you are standing in their lobby the entire time you are making the order and signing in.

The restaurant was not busy. There were only other two single parties in the dining area. I could not find one clean table to sit at, and there is lots of trash on the floor. The drink machine was disgusting. Look like it hadn’t had a good cleaning in a long time as well as the tea containers were gross. I don’t understand if there’s no customers why no one was cleaning. The food taste good and a service was excellent. I’m just scared because the dining room is in bad shape. What is the prep area like?

Very rude and disrespectful staff. I called to ask if they had the new Taki burrito and the guy said NO! And hung up. I tried to call back a few different times and all they would do is pick up the phone and hang it right back up. I have been buying all my Taco Bell exclusively from them since they opened. No one in my large family will ever go there again.

Went 5090 Dave Robbin way Lakeland FL 33812 Taco Bell to pick up my order when confirming my name was not made aware then that the machine was down and when I was told that at the window they only had one of the freezies I asked the young lady to lightly mix the liquid from the wild strawberry one into the blue raspberry the young lady at the window had no problem doing it but the manager on the other hand wanted to complain and Mumble under her breath at the the machine that behavior is not appropriate will no longer be using this location for any orders as well as I will be sharing my experience with others

I've never seen an eating establishment make such a positive turnaround!About two years ago, I SWORE I would never return to this location. They were routinely making us wait in the drive-through line about 30 minutes (their drive-thru is single-lane, with no exit) and still getting stuff wrong. The final straw was being kept in line over 45 minutes and then being gaslit by the incredibly unhurried, uninterested window attendant.My spouse (against my advice) started using them again this last month. After three visits with no drama, properly labeled wrappers, and extremely tasty food, I admit I was wrong: they HAVE fixed their problems. IDK what they did (management changes, general staff changes, proper training...) and I honestly don't care, because THIS is how a customer's fast food experience SHOULD be. Well done!Please, please, PLEASE keep it up!
Nothing ever works!!! It takes 20 minutes to get an order ever and this morning I place an order way ahead only to be told they can’t make it when I get there and they can’t cancel and refund my order! It was a breakfast burrito!
