Reading the reviews before arriving at the facility always give me a bad feeling. The entrance to the facility is a bit uncomfortable, nothing difficult. After you pass the guardhouse you get to where the Stop sign is. To my surprise, there was no one before me. I didn't even have to get out of the truck because the friendliest guy I've ever seen came to me to request the pertinent information. As soon as he took my info, he made me park at the door. Overall not a bad place to wait to get loaded, I've been to worse. Does take a while though. Currently, they don't have a stop sign when the security guard tells the drivers to wait there until someone comes to get you so look for a yellow line on the road once you see the loading docks (just before the curve around back). I like to read the reviews to know what I'm going to face up Well...some dvrs have a bad, good and great day @ the shipper&Receiving, for me most of the time isn't too bad.Exemple; today at this place Tampa Maid...so many bad rewiews then I faced awesome guard actituded he instructed me where to go and stop. Like he said someone come and gave me a door.. it happend.Believe me the owner/s of the signs don't want to see trucks waiting to get loaded/unloaded eather with appoitments.....read full review
