Cookies were similar to Crumble Cookies. But the taste is definitely better and they have more options. I just wish they were warm cookies.

I'm not much of a sweets eater. (My husband wanted to stop in because he has a sweet tooth.) The only cookie I DO like is chocolate chip. Well...this place has a chocolate chip cookie that TASTES--and looks--like scooped cookie dough. I took a bite, and then went back in to buy a box of them for the week. Needless to say, we'll be coming here for cookies again...and again... Highly recommended, even for picky non-sweets eaters out there...

Definitely a delicious cookie, decedent and moist on my first order I did receive a mispicked cookie so I was super disappointed to no get to try the cookie I was most excited for the swizzle sugar ?I got sprinkle sugar instead

If you're looking for a cookie that is both delicious AND refreshing, you've got to try their Twisted Sugar cookie with the coconut frosting!!! 10/10 made me forget about the Florida heat for a second!!! I've never had a frosting like that before and I really enjoyed the aesthetic touch and fresh flavor added by the fresh lime slice! Coming back for that cookie specifically! If you're going for an island drink as well, try their Mountain Dew based Love Shack drink, reminds me of a beach day!

My first visit was ok, as I was disappointed in the quality of the cookies and there was very little left to chose from early afternoon. However, I just assumed I’d formed higher expectations because of all the hype around grand opening. Brought the kids to give it another try, but the experience was still underwhelming compared to the cost of product (few selections again and minimal interaction from employees.) I was floored when I saw the employee take the cookies out of a cooler and assumed then that they were not made in house. While I read after visiting that cookies are made daily and intentionally cooled, there’s nothing about a cold cookie that implies fresh. While my disappointment is likely personal preference in desert choice, I respect the efforts to bring the experience to Lakeland and still hope the business does well within the community.

Been going to this twisted sugar since it opened maybe a year and a half ago and have seen a definite decline in quality of drinks but especially the cookies. Cookies used to be large and full of toppings. Now a year later the cookies are much smaller with thin layers of toppings and they cost more? We’ve been coming much less consistently due to things not being as good and more expensive but I keep wanting to give them another try. I just need to stop; I’m always disappointed. Attaching a picture of my latest cookie that was supposed to have Nutella on it - you can see how stingy they are. No taste of Nutella.

My fiancé and I went there yesterday. We noticed our cookies were a little squishy didn’t think anything of it and then last night we both were throwing up the cookies, so I believe they were undercooked, and that led to us having food poisoning.
we stopped here today for a little treat and we were pleasantly surprised! I personally appreciated that the cookies were cold... it's really hot outside! My kids and I all agreed that these were way better than crumbl!

Been wanting to try Twisted sugar for awhile and got my chance today! The cookies are so good and tried Dr Knevil drink it was sooo good will get again for sure! I am about an hour away and would make the drive just for this place again! Thank you I will be back!

Cookies are fantastic. Our service was very quick. The location was clean. We have been twice and will go back for sure. They are on the higher end of the pricing scale for what you get though.
