Between my coworkers and myself we are at this location many times a week. Once in a while it's slow, but everyone has always been super nice and I've never had a problem with my orders which is practically unheard of with fast food lol.

around 8:30 weighted 30 minutes and still didn't get to order they completely ignored everybody that was inside not to mention you could see the obvious track marks on two of the employees arms being at their Junkies while one goes up to another customer talking about how he went to the candy shop earlier whilst trying to hide from everyone else what it was he was showing him probably drugs they refuse to take anyone's orders atmospheres horrible service is horrible

There was a pretty long line when we got here, but they did a good job of getting through all of the customers. We ordered a pretty decent-sized order, and there were no issues. My potato came with the appropriate condiments and fork. There were plenty of napkins. Employee was friendly. All in all, a pretty good Wendy's.
This Wendy's on Griffin Rd @Kathleen is the Headquarters for the Wendy's chain in the area. The order takers, cashiers and servers are always spit on, pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere is always pleasant and the overall seated dining area is always clean and easy-going. Management is always very great customer service oriented.

Got in the drive thru and couldn't decide what I wanted to eat. Asked the very nice young lady on the speaker what she would suggest for such a very cold day. She said a sour cream and chive baked potato and a small chili. Open your potato, butter it up, then pour your chili over it and top it off with sour cream. So that's exactly what I did, and it was glorious!! The perfect amount of food for mid afternoon and kept me warm til quitting time. Great job Wendy's!! Sorry I don't have pictures, but I was enjoying it too much to stop.

I just think they could do better as far as being prepared for the warehouse workers that are on break in the area. I literally eat there almost EVERY NIGHT. Because they are the only restaurant besides McDonald's in the area and I only like McDonald's Fries! The workers that WE encounter act like they are just not enthusiastic with getting the food out!
