Dirty store. Staff not trained. The absolute worst management ever. The head manager is the laziest person I’ve ever seen. Corporate needs to fire the entire store and replace them with people with some work ethic. This is why people are upset about fast food workers getting $15 a hour. The management at this location aren’t worth anywhere near minimum wage.

Please teach your window people to SPEAK to the customer . Instead of just blank staring like we are just there to look at them clearly we want our food and go but damn can even say “ok “ when I the customer am saying something or asking for something. Zero customer service only thing I got as service during my stop was my total price ? hope this helps you Skye the cashier .

I have gone to this location at least 50 times in last 4 years. Lately their service has gone way down hill and the food has been coming out cold. Last 2 times I went there was no one there and 2 cars in line. The staff is very rude and young. They make you wait at drive through for awhile before they take your order. There is no one there so what are they doing not busy, certainly not killing a cow or chicken to make food. Terrible place and would give it a zero if I could . Hire some grown folks not these immature kids with attitude

If you go through the drive through after they ask what you want, the first thing you have to say is, "No Potato". Now you should get something for this secret. I don't know what, but it should be a thing. I think they should do like a free small frosty or something. There should be some magic to this review. I just don't think it's caught on yet. If you stop here though say no potato at least they will know where it came from.

Kirsten and Enasia were AWESOME today! Kirsten really seemed to be handling things very well on the line. She was SUPER attentive, which, I must say, has been rare at this location for the last several months. Enasia was also attentive to me, as well as a customer who needed assistance at the drink machine area. My experiences at this location have been lackluster for a while, but today renewed my faith. Also, shout out to the burger cook for making sure my patties were thoroughly cooked. I had undercooked patties last time. Much appreciated! The food was pretty freakin' perfect today! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!! (My apologies if I misspelled your names!) :)

Your drive-thru diva is going to drive business away.You can’t miss her- all attitude and big fake lashes. She was so awful that I had to ask for a manager to complete the order (which ms eyelashes got wrong).This is the 2nd time eyelashes has been nasty to me- it’s obvious she hates her job.In the future I will go somewhere else where I don’t have to deal with rude and incompetent employees.

This Wendy’s is one of the worst ones! I tried it again today after not coming to this location for a few years. Last time I dined inside and waiting over 30 minutes for the food. Today was once again a disappointment. The customer service is terrible. Employees work at a snail’s pace and basically roll their eyes when you ask them for anything.
If you like something, don't tell Wendy's because they'll get rid of it. The service, especially Tracy, is great

The sign out front clearly states breakfast till 10:30 EVERYDAY arrived at 10:38 and they said they do not start serving lunch until 11:00 on the weekends.
