We recommended your restaurant to our son and daughter in law tonight. They had a horrible experience when my son found a long piece of metal in his beef burgundy. When he brought it to the attention of the server he responded by saying "You can go. I don't have time for this" and went to another table. My son waited and finally said I am not paying for this and left. He and his wife were quite upset. Won't return. Handled extremely poorly. Live nearby. If he had ingested this could be fatal.

We received a gift certificate from my son and daughter in law for Christmas for Paris Bistrot. We went for lunch - my husband had grouper florentine that was excellent; I had a buckwheat crepe with blue cheese, prosciutto and walnuts - beautiful. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Lovely afternoon. Will definitely go back

Excellent food! All four of us loved our dishes. We had escargots, french onion soup, and gorgonzola salads; then the fish florentine, two of the pork specials, and chicken provencal. Everything was wonderful, service was attentive, and the check was very reasonable considering the quality of the food. We will be back. My only complaint was that I asked for my pork medium rare or at least medium because when I came before the pork medallions were a bit overcooked. The restaurant won't cook pork to order; they insist that it be fully cooked. I think the customer should decide how they want food cooked. I cook pork medium at home all the time and it is juicier that way. Have never gotten ill from it.
