“We are on vacation. We went to Clark street location. The southern hospitality of the staff was exceptional. They opened the door for us. They greeted us kindly. I had never been to Jersey mikes . I like toasted subs. The gentleman went out of his way to grill the meat and the bun to accommodate us. The sandwiches were all delicious. The price was very affordable. Will definitely come back and bring my friends!!!“

“We have to have specially-prepared gluten free subs. We were taken care of promptly. The subs were made in a special area. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. They don't even charge extra $$ for gf buns! We've found a new favorite place for a quick lunch!Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate gluten free and dairy free!“

As an manager/administrator for over 25 years, I can recognize fantastic work ethic and drive.I had incorrectly placed my online order, and the friendly and attentive gentleman (who I assume to be the manager, or shift leader when I was in), recognized my error and made sure to correct this for me before I brought back less than enough food to a hungry office. He took the correction in stride, and got me out the door quickly and with the intended order.The restaurant got it's first lunch rush while I was waiting and the whole team worked together to make sure that no one was waiting long.
