If you're looking for a good Starbucks to regular, look no further than this location! I've had nothing but great experiences every time I go. The cafe's got an amazing atmosphere to work in, the workers are always so kind, attentive, and greeting everyone who comes in. It's always very clean, the only complaint I have is it'd be nice to have a few more trash cans in the lobby as the few they have fill up quick! The evening workers are always such a delight to see, specifically Jess and Tj, they're always so fun to talk to and make me feel so welcomed. Jess was so kind today to offer to remake my drink for me after I ordered it wrong, it really made my day :)

I am a regular at Starbucks. I have never had a bad experience at any of them. Today, i decided to come to this location. The girl that was taking drive-thru orders around 8:50am, seemed like she had a real attitude and issue with my order. This location needs to do better. People who are in contact with customers should not sound rude and miserable. I decided to cancel the order due to her attitude and I went to my usual location off University and Lorraine. The difference in customer service was night and day.

This Starbucks is so close to my house but I have to drive to another location due to 1 specific employee because I don’t want a bad start to my day. This employees name is Jaxon and he does not care about customer service. I’ve had so many terrible encounters with him, I honestly don’t know how Starbucks hired him and he is the only reason I’m giving this bad review. These are a few examples:1) I was saying my order and apparently I was going too fast for him so instead of him asking nicely to repeat myself he just told me to wait but with a very rude tone, it felt like he told me to shut up.2) When you drive up to the window to pay he doesn’t extend his arm out and hold it for you like the other employees do. He’s the only one I’ve ran into that throws the machine on the window ledge and has you come out of your car window to reach for it.3) When you ask him for anything he doesn’t acknowledge you. He just walks away and makes you feel like you’re being ignored.4) The other day I asked for a different lid on my drink and he didn’t say anything, he just walked away and brought back the lid I asked for and handed it to me. Other employees will usually take my drink and change my lid for me.
