We stopped eating here ever since the dough changed. It used to be puffy and crispy, now it is always flat and dense. Completely different and not enjoyable at all, not sure what they did to change it, but it ruined their pizza for us.

We live less than a mile from there and our pizza was delivered stone cold to us. It would have been really good if it was hot. Now I wish that I could take my 20% tip back. It was terrible cold.

At 10 PM I Ordered a calzone stuffed crust specialty pizza on the app but a plain pepperoni was delivered.Annoyed, I jumped in the car to go and get the pizza I paid for ( the only reason I didn’t order Marco’s) and I called ahead so the team could start making it. Having paid for delivery and adding a 25% tip, it was an effort to at least get the 25% tip worthy service I paid for. I didn’t ask for any money back and I was bringing back the pizza that was delivered.Instead of apologizing for me having to bring back the wrong pizza, the lady on the phone says she has to check it before she can start making my new pizza. Further inconveniencing me.Mistakes happen, but if I’m telling you that your team made one, don’t make me feel like me not wanting to be further inconvenienced is a bother to you.That’s when mistakes become bad customer service. I see mixing up orders is a common theme in these reviews. I hope the leadership team or owner takes some time to look at these reviews and engages with the team on ways to improve their customer service.

Ordered the one topping valentine heart pizza and no pepperoni. Not the first time this place has messed up my order. But will be the last. To many other pizza places around to not get what you ordered.Advertised one topping (shows pepperoni) for 11.99, my receipt says 11.99 for item.Like I said will not be another time. Do not order from this place before 2pm. They only have one person working in the kitchen and the front running the whole operation. Walk in to 3 door dashers and 2 walk in waiting for their food. They are clearly irritated. Took 45 minutes to get my pizza. They don’t handle the rush well at night either. I would recommend going to the papa John’s on 54 and the sun coast. By the time you get back home from this area you would have been the wait time.

I ordered a large alfredo pizza through Uber Eats today around 7:30pm. After we got the pizza delivered. After a few bites, the pizza had two long hair into it. I tried reaching out to the store but no one picked up, complained to Uber Eats but no response. How is human hair in food acceptable?

I'm switching locations from LOL to Lutz now on. I placed my order via PJ App which was a double Pepperoni large regular crust with a Pepsi Zero. How difficult is this order ? They bring me a normal Pepperoni and a regular Pepsi. The sad part I always give them 25% tip. Disappointed.

This is One of the Best Teams working for PAPAJs.Super Amazing skills throwing pizzas nonstop when busy, it was awesome to see this team perform the way it did on a super busy day..The pizzas are super fresh and well-prepared.They put care and love into this food.Customer service is always great, they try to help you as much as they can. Friendly staff.This team knows how to put a great pizza together, finger leaking food, and delicious soft dough, grab it and deep it in that garlic butter sauce.Everything Fresh..I couldn't be happier with the experience. Their customer service shone through. The staff was not only friendly and accommodating but also efficient and attentive to every detail.What truly impressed me, though, was the dedication of the pizza makers themselves. They crafted a mouthwatering pizza that was not only delicious but also made with evident care and skill. 2nd year in a row we have been disappointed in Papa John‘s in Land O Lakes for Halloween. This year I placed my order at 11:25am for a 4:15pm pick up. When we arrived they did not have our order. Keep in mind, I verified the location twice, my name and phone number were confirmed and I was thanked for being a Papa John’s reward member (clearly identifying me in their system). We were told we could wait two hours for them to fill the order now. Manager was nonchalant and insisted we ordered it at another location. Meanwhile I show my call log proving the correct location. Last year we waited two hours past the delivery time and went to the location to pick it up to avoid an additional wait only to find they hadn’t even started it. If you want to be disappointed in service and treated like you are not important swing by Papa John’s of LOL. Wouldn’t recommend this location or ordering when hungry. Too many other pizza options to put up with this type of customer service.

It would be too long to wire everything that happened. But our order was supposed to be delivered, was 2 minutes away on app then started driving back to store. Called the store and the manager was like talking to a rock. She just kept telling me he hadn't ordered it yet. Obviously. Then the driver gets back to the store and our order says processed. Call back again and once again the manager is like talking to a 5 year old. She was extremely rude and couldn't explain why our order wasn't there. Our food came almost 2 hours after order and the driver said he never knew about a second order. So the store messed up and wouldn't admit it. 0 stars if possible, how can you be this negligent and dense. Never ordering again.
