I came in today and after being approached by a creepy customer, one of the employees (I'm not sure of his name) stepped in as soon as he saw the interaction and confronted the patron. I wish I had time to grab his name, but he and the rest of the team at this location are awesome. I always get great food, coffee, and service. Thank you so much to the employee who stepped in, you have no clue how much I appreciated it in that moment. 20/5 stars!!
I've had a lot of mixed experiences at this location since it opened. However what drives me to leave a review today is the distinct misunderstanding between an iced chai and an icee chai latte.I'm not one to get an argument in a drive-thru, but even when I tried to correct my order I was told they are the same thing. And then $1.50 up charge for oat milk is just unreasonable. I just paid $16 for two iced chai and a hash brown. I think I'll skip this location for the foreseeable...read full review

Best Dunkin anywhere. No one cares or works harder than this manager. His staff is at times slow but at least the order is always correct.
