Store says it's open until 1 AM. I got there at 11 PM, saw an employee car in the lot and the lights were on, two cars ahead of me, and some kids on foot. Not one of us was served even after waiting 15 minutes. No sign of the employee. Shouldn't advertise being open to that hour, bad business practice to lie to people.

I went through the drive through placed my order. Heard silence said hello. No response after a few more hellos. Get to the window the manger didn’t place my order a manager. So it wasted 15 minutes of my life. No lunch since I had to return to work.

There outside light found off that it made me past it twice, as I arrived I informed one of the employees that the outside light is all off and that I've lost my way due of the light.

I have been in line at a “fast food restaurant“ for 17 minutes trying to get my order. It is unbelievable how long it is taking these employees to do anything. People are upset, blowing their horn, and the girl at the drive-through only appears sporadically to push something out the window. Do not come here unless you have 30 minutes to set in line at a “fast food “restaurant!

Carla told us the hours were wrong on Google and said they closed at 11… when in fact it’s midnight. She refused our service tonight which is funny because we drove 1 mile down the rode to the other Burger King and they accepted our order at 11:25 pm

Service was good, until I went to get a coffee refill, and the manager working as the expiditer turn to me after waiting 5 minutes and snapped what.Update there were more managers than staff. Only seen two people in crew uniform, the other 3 I seen were managers. The main difference today, one manager played expeditor the others worked as crew.

Been here 3 times, and 2 or the 3 times the doors are locked to the dining area. You're taking a chance if you want to have breakfast at this location as 66 percent of the time you can't get in based on my experience
