Desiree was so helpful throughout the entire process and truly has amazing abilities and artistic talents. Communicate is clear, consistent, and transparent. I gave her ideas to work with and she created such a beautiful cake to celebrate the occasion. We received compliments through the entire party (and have highly recommended this bakery to other guests) and best of all, Desiree was able to complete the vision of the party with her beautiful icing flowers (it’s worth it). I had asked what desert I could bring to a Christmas Eve dinner, and was told a Casatta Cake. As I am not a great baker, and had never heard of this cake, I searched the internet and found your site. Everything looked so good, beautiful cakes, great reviews, so I chose your business to create this desert in honor of their matriarch, who passed last year on Christmas Eve. Your professionalism, explaining the different options, and ability to deliver for set date was admirable during this busy season. The cake was beautiful, tasty and everyone raved about it. I am sorry to learn that one person, who did not purchase the cake, decided to give a one star review without conferring with me first to learn the facts. I will be speaking to her about this and request she remove that review.
